Seema K. "Food - this place is not about food. There is a truck outside if you want something to nibble on. The drinks are where it's at and service. I sat at the bar and the lovely bartender provided great tips. One hallmark of a good mixologist is that they can make you a drink if you tell them what flavors you like and the one at Tattersall nailed it. They have a few drinks on tap which are so good especially the one with gin and pine (?). Quite refreshing for a hot day! The ambiance is pleasant and warehouse like. They have a small store within the place where you can buy bottles that they produce. Interesting fact they no longer produce drinks at this location- they had to move production to Wisconsin due to MN liquor limits."

Sheng T. "I love this place. Never been to a distillery before and they really made an impression. Arrived to this place around 1030pm coming from the market at the Malcom yards. Short walk but our group did get lost. Our server was amazing and walked us through the drinks. Chilled setting. Big place with a second level, (nice bathroom and large mirrors). I wouldn't mind going back."

Jessica S. "They had me at hello. Come experience the speakeasy feel of a distillery with hand crafted drinks and fabulously friendly staff. No details missed from the branded ice cubes, custom artwork, eclectic lounge areas. If you like spice there have a very spicy rum that I found to be amazing. They do offer Osseo meat market hot dogs and other food items. Great date night or group of friends."

Kara D. "RFC is FUN. Royal Foundry is fully Brit-centric. British decor, cocktails, and even games are abundant! Who knew going somewhere to sip a few cocktails could result in watching a live Badminton match and playing a couple rounds of Skittles? They distill their own gin, rum, vodka, and single malt whiskey. They even make their own tonic and soda in-house too! I tried their expertly crafted cocktails (I like The Professor) and straight-forward G&Ts, and they've been balanced and served by friendly bartenders. You can play Badminton, Skittles (bowling with wooden candlepins), sip cocktails at the cool bar that is reminiscent of an underground subway station adorned with Bowie posters, and more. Skittles was fun and free! You just trade your license for collateral. They also have some snacks, like Von Hanson's Pretzels and unique popcorn flavors (prawn cocktail popcorn, anyone?)."

During the Vassaloppet they are having live music. They serve snacks and you can order in pizza/food. If you are looking for a nice, new place, try this one."

Trina V. "Fun cocktails with lots of rum, whiskey and gin options and a few vodka ones. You order via the barcode at your table and then the servers bring the drinks to your table. We went on a Tuesday night and service was a little slow since they appeared to be a bit understaffed (about 30 min for each round of drinks to come out). There are also non alcoholic options, but you could only do "bartenders choice" via the app for the NA drinks. Not sure if they have a way for you to request a specific NA drink. The venue itself is pretty cozy and you can reserve tables for groups up to 10. They also have a foodtruck outside serving Mexican food, but the night we went, they were out of a lot of ingredients. However, you can't beat a burrito with your drinks. The drinks themselves were more on the sweeter side, which I really liked. They also had a big fishbowl that came with a rubber duck and dry ice, which was pretty fun."

Nicolette C. "I've been here once and it didn't disappoint. They give you a decent list of unique drinks to chose from. I was with 2 friends and we shared 4 drinks. Its a little hard to find since it's in a location you wouldn't expect but i kinda like that. Inside is decorated with an urban feel. The outside patio is slightly small but adorable. They also provide board and card games if you're into that kind of thing. Looking forward to my next visit!"

Tessa B. "Relaxed cocktail lounge with great service. There is a fair amount of parking, but be aware that not all spaces are designated for the distillery. Across the parking lot you can find Dampfwerk Distillery as well. Our server was energetic and happy to help us figure out what the perfect drink would be. They have a LARGE drink menu and it was easy to find something to enjoy. There is not very much seating so I wouldn't recommend this location for larger groups. In addition to the drinks, we also ordered a Heggies pizza from the bar. The only downside was that it was a bit warm in the distillery."

Chelsea W. "Cute, clean and modern distillery located in Waconia. My husband and I came here for the first time this past weekend. We got there around 7:30 on a Friday night and were seated with a table right away. They do distillery tours, but we just came to check out the cocktails.I ordered the Minnesota Mule, which was a similar version of a Moscow Mule (without the copper mug). The drink was light and refreshing. My husband ordered the Lakehouse Lemonade, which he also enjoyed. I ordered a Cosmo for my next drink, but I wish I would have stuck with the MN Mule. The Cosmo was so pretty to look at, but just a little too sweet for my taste. Although, I think all cosmos are pretty sweet anywhere you go.This distillery is definitely worth the drive if you live near or far away. My only suggestion would be to keep their doors open a little later on the two days they are open. Interesting fact: the building used to be a car dealership, so they stil have the garage doors and a couple signs left inside -- pretty cool!"

Mason B. "5 stars all the way with Obbink. Let me start with the only two negatives I have. The time to get a drink can be quite slow, but that's only because they're intricate cocktails. When it's busy this can cause quite a bit of congestion inside, which is fairly small and compact. However, these are pretty tiny details in an otherwise fantastic experience. The main highlight is the drinks themselves. They have an extensive menu of regular offerings as well the spirits themselves. They offer mocktails as well, so there will be something for everybody here. They have a forte ring seasonal menu that is always a pleasure to check out. The service is second to none, and the staff are always open to chatting or offering suggestions. Sam behind the counter was awesome to work with! There is a smaller parking lot on the north side of the building, otherwise street parking on the south side across from the Holiday station. Anybody who lives in Central MN or is passing through should be making a stop here!"

We were recommended this by some friends that stop on their way to the cabin, so we gave it a try - this will definitely be a new staple for us.The inside is cool and modern - I love the giant bar in the middle. Greg J. "This was a very pleasant surprise. I've had my eye on this place for a couple months, and today I was finally able to stop in. I'm not aware of any other cocktail bars in this part of the state. It's located in a large, old, two story building on the east side of downtown. The interior feels spacious, with lots of windows, It's got a classic old feel to it but still looks very nice. The path to the restrooms leads you down a hall away from the bar room and into another room. This room is unfinished and I'm sure there is no intention to do so. The restrooms, however are finished in similar décor as the bar room. There is a beer and wine place next door named Corks & Pints. The two businesses share a courtyard between them, and an event space in back. So they are able to host group events and I believe that Thursday is trivia night.Oh the cocktails?? The two I tried were fantastic. There are about 20 cocktails on the menu. The Apple Spiced Rum had an incredible depth of flavor, but was a little too sweet for me. It was like drinking a piece of apple crisp. My other drink was a Naked Mule and it was cocktail perfection. It was very well balanced. It had plenty of backbone but no bite. A very refreshing drink.I'll return again and again until I've tried them all, and who knows what new ones they will come up with by then! If you find yourself in the Faribault area and enjoy a well crafted cocktail, don't pass this up."
