"Came at peak time on a Wednesday to check it out - good news there's a parking lot (good for them it was packed!), and some street parking.First of, service was great! The server was super attentive and charismatic.I had the oldest old fashioned to drink which was chefs kiss. For dinner we started with the burrata caprise which was amazing, the included bread as well. For the entree I had the tortelloni bolognese which was absolutely packed with flavor. The sauce was perfect and the sausage had a slight spice that helped bring the dish together. My friend had the Fettuccine Alla Pesto with chicken that was also really good. Creamy, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned. This absolutely has been my favorite Italian night out in the cities!"
"Best old fashioned donuts in the city! Don't believe me? Try them for yourself! Some local Minneapolis coffeehouse sell these donuts, but they're best right from their downtown bakery. They have a basic lineup, but create a number of specialty donuts each week. This time I visited and there was death by chocolate, chai coffee cake and so many more! They also make delicious parfait bowls and gourmet coffee drinks. See pics if weren't already feeling hungry!Be sure to get their newsletter and sign up for the birthday club."
"Updating a previous review, this is now our favorite Mexican place in Blaine. Food is great, service is good, the restaurant is roomy and nice. I especially love that it smells like Fabuloso, gives it that real authentic Mexican feel. (This is not a joke, legit brings me back to my travels in Mexico!)I love that they have a sope option in the build your own meal. So good!!"
"My wife and I had wonderful experience. I was recommended a Reuben sandwich, that was perfect. My sweetheart had the burger that she really enjoyed. The service was top notch. We will be back."

I almost don't want to share how charming this romantic little restaurant is simply because I want to keep it a secret for me and my friends and family!Alas, I must share that service is spectacular! Seated right away and greeted quickly by Kaylee. She gave us her suggestions and shared the most popular dishes on the menu. It's located not too far from the MSP airport, but not too far from the heart of downtown St. Paul either. We've been here once before during a previous trip, but has now won us over as one of our favorites when visiting the cities! Thanks to Kaylee and the entire team for the delicious early dinner before we fly back to Atlanta, Georgia! We enjoyed it all! Stromboli for our appetizer, a Chopped Italian Salad, Spaghetti & Meatballs for our entrees, followed by the most delectable Tiramisu!

Cardigan Donuts is an absolute gem! Their old-fashioned donut is a must-try--it's perfectly crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside, and bursting with flavor. The old-fashioned with chocolate was hands down my favorite--rich, decadent, and absolutely delicious. The apple fritter was another highlight--crispy, sweet, and so enjoyable. I also tried the blueberry donut, which tasted just like a fresh blueberry muffin--such a delightful treat! While the coffee cake donut wasn't my favorite and not a flavor I'd pick again, it was still well-made and enjoyable in its own right.Overall, the quality and creativity of their donuts are top-notch. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu. We were back a few times during our stay for snacking and just because it was so good. The service is exceptional and friendly the moment you walk in the door. The inside is cute clean and cozy with tables and chairs to sit at inside. They were located right off of our hotel and through the skyway so you didn't need to walk outside at all. They did close pretty early around 3pm.

Food: Salsa was good and had a bit of a kick to it, chips where stale, Carne Asada was average and the burrito tasted purely of overcooked steak and a liquidy cheese sauce that made my stomach do flips.Service: main guy was nice, other then that nothing of noteAmbiance: Nice looking place with good music

A Hidden Culinary GemOur night out at Heather's was perfect. The cocktails are a revelation. In an era of predictable drink menus, these are truly unique - each sip is better than the last. The pork belly Cubano is a standout dish - absolutely fantastic. We also tried the egg rolls which were paired with a vibrant corn and jalapeño relish and arugula salad, and truly showcased the kitchen's creativity and palate-pleasing skills. I did think the sandwiches needed some more color on the plate...but that did not deduct points from taste! The surprises don't stop in the dining room. The attached market is a charming bonus, where we met Melissa, whose hospitality elevated the entire evening. We tried the banana gelato which was absolutely sensational! Thank you, Melissa for turning what had been a rough week for us into a memorable night :DHeather's isn't just a restaurant; it's a unique destination that promises comfort, innovation, and genuine connection. We're looking forward to becoming regulars and exploring more of their culinary magic.(Heather, my only note is the 2 tops against the booth side are too close together, felt a bit in my neighbor's lap :) ) See you again soon!

We booked Unique Dining Catering for our wedding and I am SO glad we did! We had two tastings with UDC and they went above and beyond to accommodate our changes to the menu, schedule, and preferences. We ended up going with the BBQ (complete with an onsite smoker) and our guests LOVED it. We actually thought the food was even better at the wedding than it was at the tasting. I worked with Amanda for the year and a half leading up to our wedding and she was so so responsive, answered every question we had, checked-in with us throughout the planning process unprompted. She was a doll to work with and made sure that everything was smooth beforehand. Onsite, the team was a breeze. Dinner was served on-time and everything we ordered was exactly as expected. The onsite staff was wonderful, our Bartender was charming, and the price was unbeatable. We had many attendees from Texas, the Carolinas and other BBQ hot-spots and they gave the food a big thumbs up. Don't hesitate to book! You're not going to find a better option in this price-point.

Stopped in here randomly and was delightfully surprised. Their strawberry fruit cake (Chinese) was so light and refreshing. Usually I don't like Chinese cakes because of the density and feel like they have no flavor but theirs is really nice. My husband absolutely loved it. He also loved their brownie bombs. They were nice and chocolatey without being overly rich. We also tried chocolate covered pineapple. The pineapple was very juicy. A little to messy for me but I guess it's a "have to eat it in one bite" kind of thing. The lady who owns the place also said they cater food too such as eggrolls and pad Thai and that a large tray of pad Thai was decently priced (I think she said $55 but I can't remember exactly). It was enough to convince me to order a cake the next day for my mom's birthday. If you aren't into overly sweet cakes, you should stop here.

Scheel's catered my daughter's wedding at the Historic Stillwater Courthouse. We had about 150 guests. Even though our meal was simple, it was tasty. The staff were very professional and attentive. Well done, team Scheel!

"The staff here are fantastic at their jobs. Every single person involved in the catering of our wedding reception on our property was amazing.. We chose to have a pig roast for 104 guests. I should mention I'm very picky. I don't even like to eat out because I'm usually disappointed. Not the spread UD did. Everything was amazingly delicious!! The staff were attentive to everything during the entire length of the event. I can't give enough compliments to UD.Thank you so so much!!"
"The build your own omelette was huge and it was only $6.99. The staff was very friendly and service was great. Getting some street tacos to go as well. They're in an office building, downstairs on level C. I'll definitely be back to try other menu items."
"DELICIOUS treats & cakes!!! Taro cake rolls are SO good. they are weekend special, so make sure u go on weekend to get it. Love this place. SUPER nice owner too!! yummmy. I'm so in love with cake pops here too. And brownie bombs! Everything here rocks"
"Todd Scheel and team catered our mom's funeral luncheon for us and we were so glad he did. We chose a meal of meatloaf, red potatoes, green beans, rolls and butter, just like our mom would have made for a Sunday afternoon dinner. He even prepared an off-menu item of broccoli salad at our special request (spoiler alert, it was delicious!) since our dad does not care for leafy salad. It was a hit! The green beans were not over cooked like so often happens with a green cooked veg when catered. The value and quality exceeded expectations. We would definitely hire again."
