It's a REALLY good street taco, but being in the mall I feel like you're going to pay for mall rent. Absolutely brought me back to food truck days but for $15/ for 3 tacos it's a bit steep for what you get Again, the food is awesome, I just would probably search for this combo at a cheaper location. Checkout is human less. But service was quick!

Tacos were yummy but way overpriced in our opinion and they usually serve you with two tortillas because it rips easily and that way you have an extra one but they only served you with one! Had to wait for them for about 15 min. It was an okay experience. Looked like one of them was working there.

In the mall of America after walking around about 3 miles was pretty hungry! Stopped in at Bussin tacos...looked really good and I was excited as I love street tacos. This experience however was not a good experience. The tacos lacked flavor and the tortillas just fell apart. Street tacos need to be doubled People.The lack of two shells was a crucial mistake. Customer service was also horrible. They forgot both my sodas and proceeded to argue with me that I didn't order sodas.I showed the taco assembler the receipts,and he still was not convinced even though it was on the receipt.Bussin-(meaning)...something that is off da chain good! Nothing I ordered...the beef and chicken birria or street tacos were anything to even talk about today guys...maybe next time!The whole Mall of America food court seen on a Saturday is a rough atmosphere anyways!

So of the quick service/fast food meals I got to try over 2 days at MOA, this was my favorite. (Not counting dessert stops, just meals.) It is located in one of the food courts of the MOA, which luckily it is on the side that has my youngest kiddo's favorite quick service/fast food option. So made it easy for me to grab meals from both places without running across the mall. You order from a touch screen and get your food either for there or Togo. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I'm sure could help you out if you need help with getting your order in. I tried the chicken birria which was really good! Also a chicken street taco with onion & cilantro which was really good, and a good option for the not as adventurous taco eater. I also got chips and guacamole, which was way to much for one person, so I shared with my family.

I purchased some food from these degenerates off of the Too good to go app and the lovely lady behind the counter gave me a container full of nothing but liquid.

For food court birria in the Mall of America, this birria was pretty bussin'!A fellow Elite recommended this spot, and since we've been on a huge birria kick, I had to give it a try.It's located on the third floor in the Culinary North on the north end of the MOA towards the back. The signage is bright and inviting - great design!The menu was very simple: essentially just chicken and beef birria and a few sides/desserts as optional add-ons. I had a bit of sticker shock seeing how much the birria cost, but figured it was probably on par with other food court options and birria. I opted for 2 beef birria tacos that rang up to around $10. Some of the signage gave me a chuckle - large signs that said "no typing inappropriate names to call for your order" in all caps and the like. They also have their menu QR code plastered along the glass, as well as requests to let them know if you want to-go boxing instead. You order on a touchscreen pad, so there isn't much human contact - except when the person preparing your food brings it out and calls your name. Service was fast - just a few minutes from ordering to getting my box.I was pleasantly surprised by how full the tacos were - at least getting some bang for my buck! I liked being able to add cilantro, onions, limes, and jalepeños for free. I thought for food court food, the beef and consommé tasted great!A nice option for birria lovers in the MOA.

You order through a kiosk but they staff are efficient. I observed the front counter person wiping all the surfaces. He also sneezed into his elbow and changed gloves after cleaning in order to prevent cross-contamination. The beef birria tacos I had were delicious and gooey from the melted cheese. I liked how you could customize salsas and topping. It's in the North food court at MOA.

Service was great. The tacos were even better. I started this review before I got my order, quessabirria beef tacos. I planned on taking a picture but when I sat down, I devoured them. The tortillas are fried to perfection stuffed with beef and cheese. The sauce to dip on the side just makes it! I highly recommend as I had it for lunch and dinner.

Stopped by because a friend and I were craving good hispanic food!! The staff were super friendly and the service was quick!! The food tasted amazing and will be back whenever i'm back in town!!
