Burger Burger

While they had some good menu options, I kept it simple and got a basic burger on a lettuce wrap. The burger itself was great and tasted great, didn't need the fancy toppings to make it taste good. Their burger sauce was good. The young man who helped me was very friendly and the food came out quickly. Their seating area is nice but I do have to dock a point for cleanliness. It wasn't filthy, but there was quite a bit of cleaning to be done, despite them being not busy at all (3 employees were standing around on their phones up front). So when the tables and drink station is dirty, and some serious deep cleaning needs to be done, that gives me pause and makes me hesitant to go back. But since I was otherwise quite impressed, if I pop in next time and it looks cleaner, I'd be thrilled to order there again.

I ordered her seeking a vegetarian option at MoA. I ordered the southwest with cauliflower wings.They brought me someone else's order which was a meat burger with fries. I opened it up and saw it was someone else's food and came up to let them know and they tried to insist it was mine even though I had my receipt? Someone from the kitchen brought my food a minute later and we sorted it out but it was frustrating. The sandwich was so super greasy it ended up being a wet mess. The buffalo cauliflower wings were fine at least, although the sauce was a little watery.

Good selection burger menu. Their add-on pricing strategy can get pricey quickly, mall expensive for drinks, fries and burger extras. Service was ok, reminded me of a drive thru window.Looks like the tables and chairs could use a good cleaning as there's not a lot to the place, almost mechanical decor. Low service, no restrooms.

Stopped into Burger Burger while staying nearby for business. I walked by initially but saw a vegan menu advertised so I gave them a try. There is a main dining room after you order or a bar on the side. I sat at the bar and had a few drafts and ordered some cauliflower wings with buffalo sauce. The cauliflower wings were really good. The sauce was pretty standard, no complaints.Service was attentive but not overbearing. I enjoyed my visit and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

OH. MY. GOODNESS!!!! Our friend who is vegan ordered a veggie burger, and she said "This is so good, I secretly think they slipped me a real burger!" Another spot I had never heard of, but it lived up to and beyond the hype! You need to get here! Y'all, about three bites into my John Wayne double burger, I thought to myself: "I'm literally getting a massage for my taste buds right now."We had a group of 14 people, we had no wait, we ordered our food, got our drinks and received our food in well less than 10 minutes. And it was hot, it was fresh, I beheld the glory of the John Wayne double burger. Brother never seen a John Wayne movie but Burger Burger is causing his legacy to live on in a delicious burger.The fries were no disappointment either. You can get fries some places and they suck, their not fresh, their either stale or whatever, but these fries were on point! The crunch, the salt, the freshness, and they came in a nice sized sack. This place is epic!My wife had a single burger with Buffalo cauliflower bites...they were simply perfection. We will be back. I don't always Mall of America but when I do, I Burger Burger!Truth be told, I don't know what was going on with their soda/pop machine. Their lemonade Tropicana lemonade wasn't all that, my teenage son said their root beer was flat and the Mountain Dew couldn't save the lemonade when I tried to mix it. And you may have to be an engineer to install the beverage topper onto the cup, even the seasoned Burger Burger vets warned us about the cups and the tops...I just went without the top and drank straight from the cup, no straw for me. The place was so much more quiet than the rest of the mall, and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the quiet, even with the group of our size!

One of the many wonderful restaurant options at the MOA (3rd floor)! I was CRAVING wings and they did not disappoint. I went to the bar area and skipped the long ordering line. Winner winner chicken dinner...literally.

I had not eaten all day since traveling. And it was one of those days where I knew I needed to eat but didn't know what I wanted. I got a regular burger no cheese with onions and avacado with gluten free bun. No fries. Excellent burger and bun did not fall apart . The bun had a nice toast to it. Nice staff young staff and the counter, very patient and kind with me. Very personable. What a refreshing experience! Thank you ! I would be a regular if I didn't live in California! Sorry no photo I was so hungry I just ate. By the way I give five star when everything for me was perfect. Gluten Free accommodation

Visited Burger Burger for the first time while at mall of America and it was kinda of meh experience. We were greeted promptly which made this a better experience but overall we were impressed. Everything is made fresh and the space is very large and inviting but the food is on the dry side. My boyfriend's burger looked just OK and was very dry. My chicken sandwich was simply ok nothing to raise about. The mac and cheese bites had no seasoning and then and it was based deep friend mac and cheese bites with no flavor. The animal fries were the best thing they offer but it's not enough for me to return. Overall from a customer service experience this place is great but from a food point I'd pass. I wouldn't recommend them.

This was our first time there. It seems very similar to Wahlburgers (green furniture, food on trays, shakes, etc.), except you order at the counter and pay, then they bring the food to you. Burgers were just ok, fries were pretty good but unevenly cooked. The table, chairs, bench, and floor were all sticky. We probably won't be back.

This review is for the cleanliness of the restaurant. This is the grossest restaurant I have ever eaten at! I know you are short staffed and busy, but please take some time and clean the restaurant. As in the quality of the food, it was pretty tasty, but I lost my appetite because of how gross the restaurant was. Please clean up!
