Bricks Neapolitan Pizza

Bricks is hands down some of the best Neapolitan style pizza I have ever had. I am overcome with joy every time I walk through the doors of Bricks in downtown Hudson. The staff is always so friendly, greeting you with big smiles. The space is very intimate and cozy. This is a fancy way of saying it's small but it's very warm and inviting. I absolutely love the brick fire oven in the back. It's beautiful. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything is made from scratch, in house. They have some amazing weekly specials that use fresh, in season ingredients. And DO NOT skip on dessert. The Tiramisu is incredible. Bricks also offers a carefully curated list of beer, wine, and THC beverages. Don't hesitate. This place is well worth a visit.

I'm visiting out of town relatives and my sister-in-law recommended this favorite of theirs local pizza restaurant. It was the perfect choice! They go there often and love it. We were a party of six and had to wait a little bit to get a table but it was well worth the wait. It's an intimate, smallish space that is just perfect, not too big to be loud, big enough to seat a nice crowd. We ordered four pizzas and two salads for us all to share and everything was delicious. I think four slices remained for take home and a little bit of salad. I tried a holiday edition local brewery seasonal beer that I loved and will be looking to purchase more before I drive home. Service was perfection, the food was delicious, 5 stars hands down!

I had no idea they had sandwiches here, and I've walked and driven by a million times, how could I have missed such goodness right under my nose. The sandwiches and wraps are delicious! Everything we've tried so far has been great, super fast and friendly service.

Always great pizza! Delicious and fresh salads with incredible toppings. Pizza is wood-fire, and if you don't know the difference, you're missing out! Great people running a great business. By far my favorite pizza place in town!

Tomato basil soup, salads and pizza - Oh my!Twice this year I've been here for an early dinner. The food is very good and service is alright. This last time in early November, with just one other couple in the place, I asked whether the loud music could be turned down a bit. They obliged my request; however, the attitude of the server was "cooler" than it had been previously to my request. There is nothing in the place to dampen/absorb sound. The repeat problem I've experienced with ordering everything all at once (which is what they expect customers to do) and requesting that the pizza come out last - after we've finish our soup and salad - is that they seem to not understand the timing of food course delivery (or choose to ignore the request), and so end up delivering both salad and pizza at the same time, which forces a very crowded table and interrupts the dining experience in general. Imagine you're midway through your bowl of soup, a spoonful halfway to your mouth, when someone is suddenly there table side with a platter of salad and a pizza for you. It feels intrusive.

First time here & loved it. Got the artichoke dip starter and it was rich and delicious. Got a margarita pizza and another with pepperoni & sausage added. Both were excellent. The sausage was salty and had a bit of a heat kick which was unexpected but welcomed. The end crust was absolutely perfect, soft & chewy with that brick oven char...yum! You pay more for great tasting pizza, but it's worth it!

Brick's pizza never disappoints! Love the fresh ingredients and amazing crust. Salads are always fresh and perfect.
