Brick Oven Bakery

It took us a while to find the place - tucked between Caribou and Verizon, it is practically unnoticeable from the road. We even pulled into the parking lot and left, because we didn't see it from the car. But I'm happy we did another loop and found it- it was absolutely worth it! The scones were fresh and delicious, cookies and absolutely treat (chocolate with sea salt and dates with nuts), and bread was perfect for sandwiches. We also saw them selling at the Saturday market in Northfield park and there was same delicious selection of goods, and lots of locals buying freshly baked goodies. Highly recommend and would go out of my way to stop by here again!

I wanted a gooey, warm caramel pecan roll for breakfast which is almost impossible to find in Las Vegas, but is a staple in Minnesota. Boy, did a find a winner! It is melt in your mouth, buttery delight. I will be back when I make my annual trip to Minnesota.

A perfect little sunny breakfast nook right by Carleton! We decided the main attraction here is the quiche Lorraine. 10/10! The parfait was also great. We wouldn't order the ham and cheese crossaient again. The banana muffin was pretty good (with some saying it tastes more like banana bread in muffin form). Excited for the take home granola and to come here again soon! Mostly to get another letter card :)

I had their soup and sandwich so delicious and fresh. Their service is fast and friendly. Great place for you and your family! Also don't forget to purchase some baked goods as well, so yummy

I had a double depth charge to go. They were quick and the coffee was good. Not bitter and sereved at a good temp. The place smelled great and I would love to try some of their baked goods.They have local organic coffee, honey and cream!! My kind of place. If in town I will be back again.

The ambience of BOB is lovely and the selection of breads is always delightful. It is a place to seek out and enjoy.

I needed an egg sandwich before starting my day as a Carleton parent and this place was a great find close to my hotel. Egg and cheese croissant done just right.

Love BOB family loves BOB, best baked goods and everyone who works there is so wonderful, really great place.
