Love this place! There hasn't been anything on their menu I've tried that I didn't enjoy and I've tried almost the entire menu at this point. They have their own spin on traditional dishes and also some unique ones that make it exciting every time I eat here.Worth noting: They have fun craft cocktails and beer to pair with the food.

Always a wonderful experience at Brick and Bourbon! This location has become a frequent spot for me and my friends. The staff are always very friendly and the food is yet to disappoint! This time around my friend and I shared a bourbon flight which is always a fun experience. I also tried a new drink on their menu, the Double Entendre Martini. This martini consists of vodka, rosé, champagne, and actual cotton candy! I was a bit worried that it would be too sweet, but the rosé and brut champagne are both decently dry so they balance out the sugar nicely. It was super fun getting to pour the martini over the cotton candy and watch it dissolve and change the drink color. While we didn't have much to eat I did try the Beer Brat and Cheese Soup Boule for the first time and O.M.G. It was delicious! This soup is perfect for a cold winter day. It's rich and creamy with savory brat pieces, served in a bread bowl. If you're calorie counting this probably wouldn't be an ideal option for you, however if you want some tasty comfort food I would highly recommend it!

First time in last night with my partner. We had a reservation but probably could've walked in. Seated quickly, cozy industrial chic with wood accents, large bar area, upstairs and downstairs seating. Several TVs throughout, a bit of sports bar vibe but elevated. Cocktails were great: I had the Ed Sheeran and he had a blood orange margarita. Duck bacon wantons were tasty but very very rich. Great burgers. Everything is hearty meat and potatoes, stick to your ribs kind of food. There are some salads on the menu too. Overall a good experience and I would go again

We were in Eden Prarie for a basketball tournament so we decided to check this place out after a game. It was SO good! The breakfast Mac n cheese was to die for! I've put scrambled eggs in my Mac n cheese for years Ana thought I was the only one but nope this was so good! Our bartender was amazing and checked on us just enough! My partner was in love with the Brussel sprouts! Definitely give it a try!

Fantastic welcoming atmosphere. Our server was friendly and very focused on giving us attention. The manager came by to say hi too which was fun to know they care about experience. We ordered the wiseman burger, ravioli and a mac n cheese chicken. The portions I will say are small/medium for the prices. But as they say great quality costs money. So expect to pay $75+ for 3 people. Very good food.

Rolled up to the place about 1:15pm on a Saturday. There was a major Art in the Park event at the park adjacent to this location. Note: I will prelude that this particular moment and day was important for me - some members or my family and my boyfriend's family were meeting up. Wanted things to be special and there was a little nervousness mixed it. So maybe I'm hyper critical of the nerves of first introductions - but I was bummed this place let me down. From the start: Hostess was NOT super approachable and kind. Issue 1: From the road you can see there was an open air cement patio. We have NOT been there before and wanted to have the dog on the patio like many other establishments in the cities do. It's not the issue we couldn't have the dog - it was just the way it was relayed. Issue 2: We had a larger party and wanted to connect tables. It was harshly relayed they don't move tables because the bases are heavy. Again it was the delivery that bothered me the most. Issue 3: We entered through the wrong door trying to get sat on the patio. We found the front with ease and did the normal things you do at a restaurant and waited. Still more attitude and tone from the same person. The hostess is the face of the restaurant and set a vibe. This particular person was having a bad day or something. For me and this dinning experience it was such a let down to start the experience off with that attitude. The food and waiter were just okay. The whiskey drinks seemed to be enjoyed by the folks at the table. Out of our party no one seemed blown away besides a teenager with her three cheese macaroni. Cinnamon roll for brunch wasn't a thumbs up by anyone at the table worker. Prices were okay to above average. TL;DR-Food and server was just okay at 3.25 stars -Would only recommend to someone that likes whiskey and bourbon - besides that it was a very forgettable experience. Also --No dogs on patio-No moving tables on patio -Patio is next to a major road and below light rail. -Make sure you enter through the right door Try it or not - happy dining.

Great bar, very friendly and personable bartenders. The line was almost out the door when we got in even though there were plenty of open tables, we decided to sit at the bar instead of waiting in the line. The Gin Fizz cocktail was excellent! The duck wontons were equally as amazing, I just wish it came with more than 5. I went to the Maple Grove location before and has chicken and waffle sliders but Eden Prairie didn't have it on their menu. Overall it was a great time!

I enjoyed dinner at Brick and Bourbon earlier this week with two friends. Parking was easy but I imagine it could be tougher during business hours. I LOVED the quinoa bowl with blackened chicken. It has got to be one of the most delicious entrees I've had recently. It was a fairly large portion and I ate every last bite because it was so good. Our waitress was super attentive and very nice. Really excellent service! We ended up chatting for quite a while after dinner and there was never any pressure for us to leave. Would definitely return!

This restaurant is consistently good. Our server, Alan, was exceptional! The food was delicious, served very quickly, and the drinks are amazing. Try the Smoking Gun Maple Old Fashioned - it's a drink plus a mini-breakfast.The Jalapeño Boule is the best thing ever! Highly recommended. Oh, and my husband got a big piece of cake - free - because it was his birthday.
