Bourbon Butcher Kitchen + Bar

This restaurant will remind you of a 2010's speakeasy mixed with a smokehouse, complete with smoke boxes for house smoked cocktails. The brunch menu is reasonably priced and pretty tasty. I opted for the brisket hash and was not disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised by the espresso cooler, which was both tasty and a balanced proper cocktail. Service was good, including warnings when the biscuits and gravy was going to take 45 minutes to finish cooking. For a Saturday brunch, the restaurant was surprisingly empty, which does not bode well.

A nice relaxed place. Good service and an intimidating selection of spirits, particularly bourbon (big surprise). We had a couple smoked bourbon s and whiskeys. My tri-tip with chimmichurri was perfect. Others had sandwiches and other entrees I wasn't privy to due to my face being busy with delicious mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. Those seem a little bit of an afterthought. The flavors were great, but the sprouts were unevenly cooked, ranging from succulent to tough and undercooked. A fine time was had by all.

I would say that this place is amazing. I ordered three appetizers and all three were delicious.I would say the best fried cheese curds I've had, a unique presentation and method for fried pickles with cheese (they made it look like egg rolls), however the smoked chicken wings were a bit dry and tough. I ordered the buffalo sauce which is usually bright orange to me but this was just a hot sauce. I was a bit disappointed about my wings, and the smokiness makes it that much harder to keep it moist.However they have pages and pages of whiskies, it's clean, the customer service was amazing so I ended up giving a big tip for the experience. I'm coming back to try more food, just a great experience and ambiance.

We have always had great food at Bourbon Butcher. In fact it's one of three restaurants we frequent. Went there Sunday noon and were pleasantly surprised to see a Brunch menu (we usually come on a Friday or Saturday evening). Oh my goodness. Never again. My daughter had the Denver omelette. It was dripping in grease as were the hash browns. My mother ordered the Briskets and Gravy. The "homemade cheddar biscuits" were flat as pancakes and burnt. The server was kind enough to give us a discount, but we probably should have sent them back. Wish I had taken a picture. I had the Butchers Omelette which was packed with meat but the omelette itself was flat (not fluffy) and they just threw a slice of pepper jack cheese on the top. The breakfast potatoes were good though, not greasy. Overall, totally underwhelming. We won't be going back for brunch!

Great friendly hostess and amazing staff. Great ambience and cool booths, lights, awesome vibe. Pretty empty when we went in at 5pm. The BBQ wasn't awesome - brisket was dry, but the fried chicken was great - done really well but small pieces. The cole slaw was good but definitely had a stronger apple vinegar feel. Unfortunately, the corn bread was only half baked (the bottom half wasn't cooked) and the onion rings were overbattered and soggy. Meh on the food but reat service.

Been here two days in a row to get the same exact meal. The smoked wings are smoky and crispy. Smoked and then flash fried. Love the dry rub as it has a bit of a bite to it also.Great service and don't forget about the tequila old fashion!!! Yep worth it

Food was pretty good here! I had the ribs and they were great! Tender and fell off the bone! Also had a good selection of beers and other drinks to have with dinner! The space itself was a little loud, but on a Saturday what do you expect! Overall happy with my visit and look forward to returning!

Food is not worth the price, famous Dave's is a better take out option. And they always forget something I will not be ordering from them again .

Came for advertised "Late Night half price Pitmaster BBQ"Advertised 9 to close. We walked in at 9 and the waitress pretty much argued that the kitchen was closing. We did get to order: 1/2 rack of ribs & Brisket. Brisket was good, 1/2 of the 1/2 rib rack was charred & inedible. Beans & fries were good. Onion rings greasy & brussel sprouts which I have loved here were mushy & gross. Now we know and although we will be back for regular meals, we DO NOT recommend the late night meal here.

Great Food, Great Service!!Service and the atmosphere very comforting !This the first place wife took me too before we were married. Delicious meal!!
