I am so sad that this quaint delicious place will be closing their doors this January permanently. I went with my family for one more meal here thinking they were closing in a few weeks, now that I know it's almost a month from now, may have to try to fit in again one more trip. I had their egg drop soup and it was the absolute best riches delicious egg drop soup I have ever had bought or home made. Even got a pint to go. We also had the vietnamese egg rolls with their nummy fish sauce, even my 6 year old granddaughter couldn't get enough of the egg rolls and sauce. My daughter and son in law had their pho

I always go to Bona when I was in college and since then, I made sure to come back at least once a year. I was on campus and this was my go to place, whether if it's a rainy or snowy day, having a bowl of pho from bona is always my favorite things that I looked forward to.Their A1 pho is my go to order, in addition, the spring roll, their chicken wings, cream cheese wontons are always great to order in addition to pho. Their soup is my favorite, and I always add a fried eggs to the pho. The eggs are deep fried with runny yolk. Highly recommended.

I've been to this restaurant multiple times and have ordered take out multiple times. I am never disappointed when getting food from here. The shop is super cute and the staff is really friendly. They are available on door dash which is what I did today. They send all the fixings with the pho. I ordered the small portion and it's like three portions of food for a cheap price. Comes with a ton of broth, noodles, meat, herbs and onions. It also comes with sauces on the side as well as bean sprouts, jalapeños, lemon or limes and Thai basil. The broth is extremely flavorful. It's a perfect sick meal. 10/10 recommend checking Bona out

The food here is like a comfort food. The sweet and sour pork I got here was a little on the drier side but the sauce was made to perfection. This dish is like your basic sweet and sour pork with rice combo. Next time I go I'll probably try one of their noodle options!

Bona is walking distance from my son's place on the U of MN campus. He told me about it and I realized I may have come to this place at a different location many years ago.We originally were going to do Pho... But it got to 82 degrees and maybe a bit warm for that.Ordered Hot and Spicy Seafood and Lemongrass Chicken. They were both quite good. Very fresh. Appreciate the cucumbers and tomatoes that cane with.

Ate here often when working at the U. Always the same dish, chicken potato or potato chicken and always very satisfying. Years later seeing they are still going, I grubhubbed an order. Fried rice instead of plain and extra chicken for extra money. Received plain rice and a couple of pieces of chicken and the rest some kind of beef strips ,not very tasty.Maybe they have new management, or out of chicken, or maybe don't care. Grubhub refunded thankfully.Recommend eating there in person.

My friend told me this was her favorite place for pho so I decided it was worth a shot. They're easy enough to find and is located on the U of M campus (where it is easy enough to find other pho shops as well). My standard for pho is to always try the pho dac biet. So that was what I ordered. And honestly, I wasn't super satisfied. The flavor depth fell short. There wasn't much to the broth at all. At one point, it may have been a good broth, but it seems like maybe water just kept being added. I also remembered that it didn't come out really hot...but more just warm. I'm not sure I'd go back as there are so many other choices, but if you're in a pinch and you're in the area and looking for an inexpensive bowl of hot noodle soup, they're not a terrible option.

Nothing special. Had their noodle dishes, very bland and poorly seasoned. Maybe their pho is better. Will probably not come back.

Their Pho is the most authentic taste you will find in the neighborhood! Just lip smacking good food, come hungry and leave satisfied!

Got the Bun Bo Hue for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. Awesome family run business with plenty of space for a solo lunch or a larger dinner. Menu was expansive and I would definitely try anything. No nonsense service (which I prefer).
