Great little brewery in the quiet town of Hutchinson. I got there right when it opened on a Friday. The bartenders seemed "small town Minnesota" friendly. Reserved and quiet but helpful. I had the nitro stout and a peach cream ale. Both were great. Overall, a great place with a lot of room for events. I believe they had a comedy special happening that same Friday in the large room (not pictured).

Travelled a bit out of the Cities to check out this spot and we're glad we did!!5/5 Beer Flavor: we went with the coffee cream ale, peach cream ale, strawberry vanilla sour, and the dreamsicle sour. Loved the eccentric choices and they all hit the mark. 4/5 Branding and Taproom: They have really invested a lot in their fishing theme and it shows. Lots of space, clean, and plenty of tables available when we arrived. Missing a bit of "polish" and organization to get full marks, but really solid taproom. 5/5 Service: All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming!

Pre-camping trip called for a brewery run. Stopped into this brewery for the first time and was slightly confused. They have multiple entrances and I had entered into what appeared like an event hall. However, just through a door to the left I walked into where the taproom was located. The decor is straight nautical theme and I really dig it. The tables and benches were made to look like docks and the walls were adorned with loons, fishing poles and other land of lakes decor.I opted for the "school" which was $7 and I got to choose 4, 4oz beers of my choice. I went with their Row your Boat, key lime Go'a, wanna shake your tree and their featured 5o'clock shadow which was a cream ale with coffee. Overall the beers had good flavor and weren't overly carbonated. The menu explains the Bitterness and I would say is true to the flavors. My favorite was the Wanna shake your tree which was a peach Weiss kind of beer. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. There was not food on site but an snocone stand which is cool for kids. They also had some board games which made hanging out even easier. Overall a good brewery.

My wife and I made a first-time visit recently after hearing a lot of hype about 3BC. I'm thrilled to say it lived up to our expectations. A huge taproom with additional patio space, we loved the fishing theme throughout -- very consistent and fun. The servers were efficient and professional. An impressive tap list of about 14 or so, we were impressed with the variety and -- more importantly -- taste. Bobbing Bobber Brewing Co. was a great stop on our way down to New Ulm, and we both agreed we wished we lived closer -- we'd visit all the time if we could!

Stopped in with a small group on a Wednesday afternoon. The first thing we all noticed was the decor. They are very committed to their bobber/fishing theme which was very well done. They had awesome apparel as well. I got a flight with 2 beers and 2 seltzer's, although I preferred the beers over the seltzer's. The bartenders were knowledgeable and took the time to talk to us about their beer. Only downside was they only had growlers to go, probably would have got a Crowler or two if they were offered.

In the land of 10,000 lakes Bobbing Bobber is the most Minnesota name for a brewery ever! The taproom is decked out with lake themed decorations, and the tables are made to look like docks. Wanted to try all the beers but only had the Double Treble Double IPA and the American Dream Lager. Both beers were fantastic. I will definitely be back to try more.

Stopped in on a cloudy Sunday. The IPA is solid. Daughter really like the soft pretzel. And the space is nice - air hockey, plenty of games, air hockey, etc.
