My boys and I were just running some errands around River Falls when we noticed a sign that said "U-Pick Blueberries". I have been seeing these signs for years but never made it out to Blue Ridge Growers to actually pick blueberries. Since it is kind of a lazy Friday I decided that it would be a good time to go. It is about 6 miles out of River Falls off of Double M. Don't kid yourself picking blueberries is not as easy as you would think. The bushes are small and they like to hide behind the leaves and branches. I think it took us about 20 min to pick a pint which was $3. This place is pretty laid back, I had to hunt around for someone to explain things to me but once they did I was up and running. They have a lot of blueberries and also Raspberries but they were not ready to pick yet(Beginning of Aug)
