Birch's on the Lake offers a fantastic lakeside setting with a cozy yet lively atmosphere--perfect for a weekend brunch.We started with the crab artichoke dip, which was creamy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. The cheese curds were crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and just the right level of indulgent.For brunch, we had the Long Lake Breakfast, a solid, classic choice, along with the Prime Rib Benedict and the Ham Benedict--both had perfectly poached eggs and rich hollandaise, though the prime rib stood out with its tenderness and depth of flavor. The Cajun Lime Chicken Taco had a nice spice and acidity balance, making it a fresh, lighter option.We were celebrating a birthday brunch and truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and swag from Jeff, which made the experience even more special. The service was friendly and attentive, and the lake views added to the charm.A few small tweaks in execution could elevate some dishes to the next level, but overall, this is a great spot for a relaxed yet elevated brunch.Would definitely come back, especially for the ambiance!

This restaurant is absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot for a date night or a family dinner. No matter where you sit, the wraparound windows offer breathtaking views of the lake, which change beautifully with the seasons--worthy of five stars on their own. It's a fantastic place to dine and create lasting memories with loved ones. In the summer, we like to kayak around the lake and dock right in front of the restaurant for a quick, tasty bite.The food is just as impressive. The tacos are delicious, and the cheese curds are a must-try. I've sampled nearly everything on their incredible happy hour menu, and it's all been excellent. My personal favorite beer is their award winning hazy IPA--it never disappoints. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The bartenders and servers are always friendly, and I love the addition of the popcorn machine.

Hit Birch's 29 December for a Dortmunder and Coffee Chocolate Golden Ale, both were good, liked Dortmunder more. I liked that there was a bonfire going on outside, not that anyone was around it but... Parking was easy in a private lot. Nice that when you enter the front doors read Supper Club then the doors off to the left read Brew House, then you have to descend a flight of steps to the bar. Ingrid was a delightful and chatty bartender, thanks. I liked that besides bar seats I could opt for a regular height lounge chair. Glass walls let you see in to the brew house! The large print tap list is on the wall off to the left of the bar. Thanks Birch's for a comfortable and good tasting experience, cheers!

Nice spacious place and friendly staff who even suggested we sample some of the beers first for free if we wanted- which we did and appreciated. The parking lot go pretty busy the day we went but we were able to find a spot last minute.I really enjoyed the crispy and juicy chicken I got and the biscuit was so fluffy! Looking forward to going back next summer with friends.

Great summer night to sit outside but we still chose to sit inside downstairs and enjoy the live music. Your staff was on spot as usual....all working together.Thank you .

Was brought here by a friend. Had food and drinks in the downstairs area. Great view of the lake and tvs playing the game. Friendly staff but a little slow. The wings were great! Smoked and yet very juicy, will be going back for these. Would also love to try the upstairs dining experience.

Our PubPass brought us here for the first time. This lovely restaurant provided cozy seating and beautiful views of the lake. Being a supper club, we started with a plate of cheese spread, vinegar cucumbers, potato salad, crackers, and, of course, celery and carrot sticks, all complimentary. I chose their signature salad and it was so good. Fresh veggies. Combination of textures and colors. Husband had their signature fried chicken and the coating and crispness was excellent. It came with Cole slaw and Mac n cheese. All very good. Service was excellent. We had a reservation, although on a Sunday night, there were plenty of openings. Great stop.

Went to brunch at Birch's for the first time in a while. Fun changes to the menu. Phenomenal food and service as usual. I had the smash burger with lobster. Lived up to the hype and fries are still among the best in town.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! My fiancé and two friends came for their brews and snowshoes deal. Two drinks, short rib grill cheese and soup, s'mores kit, and snow shoe rental! We started by playing disc golf on our snowshoes... so fun!!! Then we headed inside and sat down.. we noticed the music was so good and the perfect volume where we could hear it but still talk. The short rib grill cheese was phenomenal and they gave me gluten free bread without extra charge (unheard of). We all loved it so much we got 8 growlers of the hazy IPA (gluten reduced bc of an enzyme they use!) Our server was great... attentive and knowledgeable. We can't wait to go back.
