This place definitely hits the spot when you have a KFC (Korean fried chicken) craving. The crispy crunchiness of the chicken was great eaten fresh in store. I'm not sure how well it holds up togo but I did see several togo orders when I was there. They had a helpful little self serve station near the cashier with drinks, utensils, plates, napkins and togo boxes which was very helpful. There are plenty of seats for groups.One negative point is the lack of ventilation in the store, we sat there for about 45min total including ordering and eating our meals and we reeked of fry oil. It penetrated through all our clothes including jackets. So warning, don't wear anything that you aren't afraid of smelling like oil and try to sit next to the door.

Great service really nice staff. Inside is nice and comfortable. I took my food to go and went to lake BDE Maka ska, it's roughly 5 minutes away from here. The food is really crispy and good. I only got wings and ranch overall would recommend 100%.

Wow this place was amazing food was hot and fresh soy garlic and carbine wings were amazing staff was great and friendly very good food for a good price.

Tasty KFC - Korean fried chicken. I grew up eating fried chicken and love the Korean version with a spicy sweet glaze aka secret sauce. I stopped by here and found some street parking. The entrance is off lake so parking on the busy street maybe a bit of a challenge. There's plenty of seating, but usually you would pick it up to at home like I did. They have lunch specials, but I went for a whole fried chicken tossed in secret sauce. The chicken:It's a whole chicken is cut up into pieces, it's not like an American chain where there's 8. The breast is typically cut into 3 or so and the thigh as well, wings and legs will remain uncut. I found the white meat a bit on the dry side. The coating is crunchy, but can get soggy around the wings. Secret Sauce is a good mixture of sweet and spicy. Unfortunately the Golden Original was out that day, but can't go wrong with some extra flavor. You can mix and match the sauces, so would love to try that for next time. But what what made me sad was the missing pickled radish side. They asked to add and I found out it's absence when to eat at home. A great accoutrement to balance the spicy sauce.

THIS PLACE!!! I like chicken wings and was looking forward to trying these, but they were way beyond my expectations.The wings are made to order, so they came out nice and crispy with the most tender chicken. The Gangnam style sauce was flavorful and had a perfect kick to it. The Gangnam style wings take longer to make than some of the other menu options, so that's something to keep in mind.The Uptown location is close to bde maka ska and there's plenty of metered street parking in the area. There's a St. Paul location as well.I totally recommend bb.q and will definitely be back for more wings!

Tried the Mala Ddeok-Bokki with cheese, it was sweet and not too spicy. However the egg on top was cooked a bit too much and it was cold. The Kimchi was delicious. Beside the entrance being on another end the space is clean and there is a lot of seating.Friday lunch hour wasn't too busy when I stopped in, you do have to ask for a key to use the restroom and they do accept Apple pay

be fckin fr!!! my mouth waters every time i see think about those honey garlic wings.... just wow that shit is SO bomb - the crystallization on the skin CMONNN NOW - the subtleness of the soy was necessary in complimenting the other flavors especially the honey for me i ain't even a honey girl.. WILL be coming back for thosespicy galbi : presentation amazing but taste not personal my favorite - it has a that classic but subtle smokey bbq flavor that i'm just not a fan of yet - there is a light kick that lingersoriginal : reminded me of childhood and the fried chicken i would get at this one chinese buffet i used to go to as a kid - was expecting a little thicker crispier skin but still had an amazing crunch and texture to it - has a subtle kick to it kimchi fried rice HUGE perfect for sharing! i can't wait to try all the other flavors!

Our favorite Korean fried chicken in the twin cities! 5 stars mainly because it is made fresh to order. Also they have so many flavor options and they have the best soy garlic wings. It's better in comparison to the competitors soy garlic if you know who I'm talking about. Also my husband loves their hottest flavor *wings of fire*This is our go to when we want KFC "Korean Fried Chicken" !

Had the golden original whole chicken. Pretty crispy and very moist. IT has a bit of a small kick to it which is surprising... normaly I like alot of kick but I was sharing with the kiddo so the kiddo did not like that. Not sure if that's how it is or if the oil itself has a bit of a spice to it? Not sure.... "no biggy". Side Sauces are a must, had the side sauce, it was good. Ddeok Bokki was good; you know it is good when your nose is running. Onions rings are good too reminds me fair food or pud rings, nice batter.Service was cool, cool folks here.Has a few tables outside too which was cool.Small parking lot in a back.
