Bayside Tap and Steakhouse

Second visit to bayside. Tonight they had a walleye fillet special and not only was if done perfectly but the price was very reasonable. Fun location. Great service. Love hearing the trains going by

This was the kind of first-time visit that makes us want to go back for more! We made a spontaneous visit at 5pm on a Friday and lucked out to get a seat on the patio. Molly was our server, and she was fantastic--very busy, but we were never left lacking. I had cider while my husband had a beer. The menu has a broad selection of items, but we were drawn to the same thing on this visit--the fried walleye. I ordered it with side salad and rice pilaf, while my husband ordered an extra filet and with fries on the side.For an appetizer, we had fried cheese curds, and they were fantastic. Piping hot, squeaky, and crisp. The side salads were nice and fresh. Our main dishes were so very good, too. It was an incredibly satisfying meal and experience.

Really enjoyed our time at Bayside for lunch on a beautiful day. Sat on patio. Jen was delightful and gave great suggestions on some favorites she suggested, which we ordered. House made burgers cooked to order was excellent. Steak black n blue salad with homemade blue cheese dressing was quite good and I'm not a steak eater very often. Thank you for a nice afternoon after our bike ride on the trail.

Nice bar / restaurant with excellent food and staff.The place was packed on a Tuesday night yet the waitstaff kept things moving. Mary our waitress was fun, attentive and super helpful. The menu had plenty of offerings. The broiled walleye was perfect. And being able to sit outside on the patio and taking in the breeze made it even more a great experience. Overall this is a perfect spot for a relaxed yet tasty meal.

The food here is WONDERFUL! My husband loves the on-tap beer selections, and we make this a usual haunt for ourselves. The service is FANTASTIC!! The staff is always so attentive. It's a comfy bar ambiance, though in warmer months we love to sit out on the porch, it's got a GREAT VIEW! We love you BAYSIDE!!

Great beers and food. Enjoyed the double burger with blue cheese. Can't wait to see how they evolve Old West Main Street. Love the new walkway!

I wasn't impressed. There was flies we had to shoo off from start to finish. The Beast Burger with Bison/Elk/Boar was good. But the potato soup was too salty, Arnold Palmer was weak, and the grilled cheese had too much mayo. I mean, who puts mayo on a grilled cheese anyway?! The biggest gripe was that I came here thinking it was a steakhouse, says so in the name, but unless you want steak on a stick you won't get a real steak here.

Great steaks good customer service and good prices. Nice dining room. Would go back in the future.

Visiting Red Wing and saw good reviews and thought "what the heck" Our GPS took us all over before we found the restaurant bit that's obviously not their fault. Cheese curds to start (traveling w 13 y/o) hot and tasty..,main star was the loaded baked potato soup that came with dinner - HOLY smokes - I could take a bath in it - it was delicious. Friday night crowd but we were seated quickly and great wait staff
