I love their social hour snacks and cocktail plus mocktail list. Neat space too and all within walking distance!

No pictures to share, but this place was ok. A decent bar, a little on the expensive side for what it was. The food looked good although we did not order any. It was just a place that we stopped in quickly in between things to grab a cocktail and an espresso martini. The art in there was pretty cool! The bartender and waitress were also pretty cool.. no issues, good service. Low lighting, nice ambiance. If the in the area and need a quick drink will definitely stop by here again!

This place has been hit or miss for us! The space is cute and very pituresque but a bit cramped with the amount of tables per square foot. As a result it was always really loud I'm our opinion during dinner times and hard to have a conversation. The menu has some fun variety however with upscale takes on many different cuisines including lots of sandwiches done well. We've had hit or miss experiences with the service and speed isn't necessarily this place's forte. I would say this is worth a stop but make a reservation, plan enough time accordingly, and enjoy the food!

Damn this place was good. Awesome HH. Made reservations. Not sure what the bar seating availability is like but I recommend reservations. I asked about the oysters and just ended up ordering 2 of each. Super fresh and tasty. After getting the oysters bar counter education from Fanny Bay Oysters (Vancouver, B.C.) a few months ago, I had been having a craving and these more than satisfied. But then I took a hard left and also had the footlong Coney dog (Gopher Bar still makes the best) and a pile of beef carpaccio with a quail egg. Everything was so good! A couple of raw things and something processed to the extreme. Being of German heritage, I approve. Oh and the drinks. Yum. And their glass of wine? You won't go wrong. It's called the BFG or something. You'll understand.

I took a friend of mine here for her birthday and it was great. FYI the food menu online is a bit different from the menu in the restaurant but the food was great. We started out with the nachos and I had the shrimp po boy. The alcohol menu is very extensive and they also have non alcoholic beverages. The inside is small so I recommend making reservations. Our server was really great too. I will definitely come back.

Overall nice experience, the ambiance was lovely and it wasn't overly crowded since we went closer to opening. The space is very intimate and the staff was nice. I really enjoyed getting the happy hour specials from 3-6 pm. I think the big ass glass of wine for $10 is a great special if you're ready to have some fun with friends. My favorite though would have to be the oysters for $2, they were fresh and I highly recommend the Edgewater. I loved using the habanero tincture that came with them (make sure to ask if they forget to bring it over). My only complaint is that both times I've gone recently, I was overcharged and had to get the bill corrected. They made it very easy but if you want to save yourself some time just make sure to double check the prices. Other than that, prepare to have a 20% service charge added on as well, I don't mind but it would have been nice to know in advance.

Lovely reinvention of the Kyhber Pass space.Interesting cocktail menu, though my two drinks were both a bit too sweet. they have an extensive liquor menu. I hope they get more creative and take advantage of their inventory as they move forward. The service was confusing. multiple people waited on us and we weren't quite sure who to ask for help. I am not ready to pass judgment on the menu as we only ordered one starter plate- the Buratta. Like the drinks, it was way too sweet. The cheese was served over "pesto." It was pesto in the sense that it was a paste of herbs- mint was the predominant one and about all you could taste, but it appears they also added honey or another sweetener. way too sweet. Need salt, acid, and a pop of heat (spice)I was intrigued enough to go back, but not overly impressed.

We tried Bar Cart for the first time last night and it was SO GOOD! We made it just in time for their happy hour- ordered nachos, old fashioned, and wine. The nachos were perfectly covered in cheese. The coconut curry sea bass was easily one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. The sea bass was a little crispy on the outside and the curry was incredible. The smash burger was tasty and flavorful. My husband said it was the best burger he's had in that price range. We wanted dessert but didn't save enough room! Lastly, the service and ambiance were superb- friendly, cozy, yet upbeat. Would definitely recommend coming here for dinner! We will be back :)

Any place with a happy hour where I can get high-quality raw oysters for $2 a piece--even on Saturdays-- is OK in my book.

Bar Cart has a great atmosphere. Service was excellent. Food was very good. The mussels are large and broth tasty! Drinks fabulous!However, I could not figure out why the bill was so large for what we ordered. I checked the receipt this morning to find that that had included an automatic gratuity without letting me know. I added a $18.00 gratuity which as it turns out, the gratuity was 50% of the bill. I think this is dishonest and bad business. I would have added an additional gratuity to the automatic one, but not $18.00. Look at your bill carefully! I think this lacks integrity. If I ever go back there, I will speak to the management.
