The B Dale Club is unassuming. A friendly place where visitors are greeted and become part of the family.

After five decades, I went to my first booya and was awed! I loved finding a place in the packed parking lot. I loved lining up with all the folks hundreds deep before the 10 a.m. start. I felt a bit embarrassed that I hadn't brought my personal Tupperware, pot or kettle to go. . I loved the ambiance, the folks out for a good time and good food on a glorious late September Sunday lined up chatting in good humor. I loved the big cauldrons of stew lovingly stirred by expert cooks. Most of all, I loved the booya stew I'd waited 50 years to taste. A winner indeed!

Like a night in your basement rec room.New kitchen operator - T-Birdz Grill. Good, flavorful comfort food - daily 5 to 9 pm. Special everyday. Very reasonably priced If you're a smoker, they always seem to have the fire pit going right outside so you can stand around the fire and burn off a heater.

I'm still a fan, this is still a great fish fry, but... they changed their fish batter recipe and I'm soooo sad. Gone is the Kentucky Fried Fish and in its place is regular old beer battered fish. Still good, but, sigh, not what it was. This place gets four stars for ambiance, sale of beer/wine, no long lines, easy parking and friendly service.FISH - 4 stars.

First fish fry, and I lived in Milwaukee for a year. Sad. After marrying a man with Catholic roots-I've realized that fish fries are a very nostalgic part of his childhood. We finally decided that this was our year to discover the Lenten Fish fry that takes over Minnesota bars and church basements this time of year.B-Dale is a bar/club/American Legion type place with softball field close to our house in Rosevillre. Wow-are there interesting people with outdated hair that come out of the woodwork there! Anyway, it was fun. it was good-but not a place I'll go back to. We got there close to five, and luckily it wasn't packed yet-but it was busy enough that we had to share one of the large tables. Everything was serviced with paper plates and plastic utensils, which really isn't my thing, but it was an experience.I got the $8.50 combo plate which had fried fish and shrimp, baked potato, awesome green beans and a roll. I think for seven you get get just fish. Drinks were separate. Because drinking beer when you are nine months pregnant is frowned upon-I got a $1.25 soda from the bar-beer was cheap though, and was what most people were drinking. It wasn't all you can eat, but you could get extra fish for two bucks. I couldn't even finish what they gave me, and gave about half to my husband. The fish was pretty good-I'm not a huge fish fan to begin with, but it was crispy and not greasy. My original plan was to try out Anchor Fish and Chips, but I'm glad we took in the whole experience-80's hair and all.

Now they have Summit on Tap. Still have not tried the food because it's only on week-nights. Seriously, people, get the food on the week-ends! We biked over here with picnic lunches, had a lovely cold beer on a warm spring day, watching the league softball players practicing at the diamond right oof their patio. If they had food on the week-ends, they'd have five fricken stars. B-Dale rocks.

Imagine just burying your son, leaving the cemetary and heading to your location for the repast/luncheon only to be told on arrival you could no longer hold your event there. Mind you all was fine when they booked. They were fine when they were paid. They were fine the night before when everything got set up and decorated. Suddenly they don't feel you are safe... Absolutely no communication just everyone shows up for the repast arent allowed in. This place says a "place for family and friends"...maybe true if of a certain complexion. The unprofessional, tactless, heartless manner in which this business chose to operate is Inexcusable, disgusting, and completely uncalled for. When communities are hurting and we need unity now more than ever you chose this route??? I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never ever consider renting your hall or spending a penny with you. Race for sure played a factor in this...do better, be better.

Good food, good people, no frills down home ambiance. Our family usually go on Friday nights after a long week of work and enjoy the cooking of JT at the T-Birdz grill. Its inexpensive with generous portions. They also offer very affordable drinks. On Fridays they have a meet raffle of which the proceeds go to support the community. I'm all for community support.
