I just had the Korean tacos and they were delicious. Lots of marinated grilled beef brisket, Napa cabbage and Kim chi. Super fresh and tasty. My co-workers had the blackened fish tacos which were equally as good. They also have a poke ahi tuna taco. We all kind of shied away from raw fish from a food truck. But based on their other selections quality I would try this next time I see them. They also have bbq roasted pork sandwich and a Morrocan sloppy joe. More things to try from this great truck.

Great food all around!I walked up and saw that they had sliders. Not my jam but then I saw that they had FISH TACOS !!!!I have not had a good fish taco since a business trip to Atlanta 3 years ago. I ordered the blackened fish taco and was very surprised to find that is was great. Not that I didn't think they could do it but I have had some bad fish tacos. The fish meat was firm and not fishy in taste, the tortilla was well constructed and did not fall apart from the juice of the taco. The topping were very tasty and fresh.I would note that they have almost no spice. I would kick it up a bunch of levels for people who like tacos.A co worked had a 3 slider pulled pork lunch and he really liked it.I will try them again and I think they have a really good start on the menu. I would suggest addition of some heat and throw in some chips with the taco meal. $13 + $1 was reasonable but chips are cheap.The staff was really nice, they looked clean, the truck was well put together and clean.Really good food experience right next to my office.

I have had arcane kitchen several times. Such amazing food and service! I can't say enough good things about this food truck. Their Moroccan sliders are the best hangover cure ;)! I've had everything they make and not one thing is disappointing! The people there are the best part! Great people!

This food truck is amazing! Everyone was so friendly and was super helpful when I couldn't decide on what to order. I was interested in trying either the Watermelon Tuna Poke Tacos or Fish Tacos. I was given a sample of the Poke filling and I was sold! I was able to make an order for 2 Poke Tacos and 1 Fish taco. I also tried the mango freezer pops and it was so refreshing . All of my order was super yummy and made from fresh ingredients. I will definitely be back again.
