They had absolutely beautiful plants/trees and it was very well kept, however, there were two things that bothered me about my experience with them. 1) my husband, kids, and I came together and after we were done spending $1,400 on trees there, one of the landscaping guys accused my children of stealing 4 tree watering stakes out of the trees. I admit my son found one and picked it up, but I was watching them very closely the whole time and they most certainly did not steal 4 stakes. It was really the rude tone the worker took with me that bothered me more than anything. On the other hand, there WAS one young girl that was extremely helpful with picking out trees with us. 2) They told us our trees would be delivered in 3-5 business days and it took over 3 weeks to get them. I was about ready to call my credit card company and cancel on the purchase. Again, the trees are beautiful, it would've just been nice to not leave with a bad taste in my mouth and get them in the promised timeframe.

Ridiculous prices. Bad Materials. save yourself the trouble and go to Peterson Companies or anywhere else. I only ever go here when im in a crunch. because the prices are so much higher than anyone else. I recently bought fill dirt from here for $25 a yard. ($3.50 at Peterson) I know fill dirt isn't the best dirt and I wasn't expecting good dirt. But what I got was nothing short of garbage. there was old fabric, lots of big roots, chunks of sod, and mulch! And not a small amount of it either, at least 50% of what I got was one of these things. Bottom line, save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

Purchased over $1,000 in landscape plantings last fall. At the time we were told everything was under 1 year warranty (we specifically asked). This spring 1 of our 2 hibiscus didn't come back. When we planted last fall it was the one that turned yellow and lost its flowers right away so you could tell it got stressed from the transplant. Last fall I called and was told to wait until spring to see if it comes back. This spring I called and was told to wait until June. In early June I called and was told to wait a couple more weeks. Now I just called and was told it's not covered under warranty. The basically said the other people I talked to have me misinformation and they're not responsible. And here I was telling neighbors to go there and promoting them. No more, I will take my business and the rest of our landscaping elsewhere. Very poor customer service

Won't stand behind their product. Returned 2 shrubs that died 6 months after purchase and was given a lecture and 2 dead shrubs as replacement. Bad attitude, bad customer service.

The manager has total little man syndrome. I brought my whole family (3 kids and wife) and he was a complete condescending A-hole. In addition, they were overpriced and never follow up on commitments.

They had the turf stones that I was looking for in stock and gladly ordered more when my project required them. I tried many other nurseries and they could not help me. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and they loaded the stones in my vehicle. Excited to go back next spring to get plants from them.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and the nursery grounds is always very well kept with healthy looking plants and a great selection of bulk material and landscaping supplies.

I have never had any issues there at all, management is very nice and i have personally ordered over 100 plants there, when i get stuff delivered its always on time and always perfect, the one time i had a plant i didn't personally like they replaced it no hassel no fuss. When they didn't have a plant i needed it took them just one day to get it in stock again. I wont shop anywhere else for plants. or mulch
