Great beer and a fun atmosphere. Loved the rustic vibe of the brewery plus outdoor seating. I had one of the pretzels and it was delicious too . I tried most of the IpAs and pale ales , all good

Came to taste some beers and left with a good experience and some surprisingly soft sweatshirts. Small tap room and large store with plenty of clothing and merch on offer. Friendly bartender and good service. We couldn't figure out what the decorative paddle on the wall was for, it had two large gaping hole in the center. Pizza paddle? Probably not for paddling a boat or canoe.

Food, atmosphere, staff and patrons were all amazing. I marked this place as one of my favorites so I can remember to stop here again next time I drive through.

The menu was very small. The tacos were pretty good, we had the pork and the whitefish. The beer was of course great. I had a jalapeño margarita, and wish I would have just stuck with the beer. The pretzels were pretty good as well. The nachos were absolutely embarrassing. It was the bottom of a bag of chips with a tiny bit of barely melted cheese on it... most chips were just plain. The chicken, beans and peppers were like a needle in a haystack: you were lucky if you found one morsel every 10 bites or so. Just don't get them. They were so bad they kind of ruined the whole thing for us.

First time at the Angry Minnow; didn't disappoint! Excellent tacos; great beer and friendly service! So impressed that we bought caps and shirts logo wear!

Decent craft brewery. I've had their beer in cans, but this was my first visit to the actual brewery. They have a full bar, including cocktails and a kitchen. The brewery in on a basement level that you can see from the gift shop. Good service. Historic brick building. Nice bathrooms. Off street parking behind the building. I'll be back when in the area.... Beer flights available. And samples

Cool building and great merch! Beers were good and service was friendly. Worth a stop while in Hayward.

Nice place, we always stopped when visiting the area. Here for a week, sadly no dogs on the outside of the building. So we move on the dog friendly establishments

Located in a 19th Century lumber office, Angry Minnow is a fun place to visit. The food is always fresh, delicious, and has great eye appeal. Their spent grain pretzel rods are awesome. While they have a full bar, having their own craft brews on tap is a great draw. Whether inside, or outside on their brick patio, the ambiance is enjoyable. The staff is friendly, attentive and welcoming.

The beets they make are varied and great. Menu is small but good. I wish they had there beer making stuff visible from the bar and dining areas.
