ALDI

Aldi's do tend to have a cookie cutter type appearance. This store is an older format with narrow aisles and an entry point into cookies and crackers first instead of the produce. Otherwise all the standard Aldi rules apply, watch your produce carefully, some great meat choices with better prices.This store has more self checkouts which really work great. There is a very clear monitor right in front of your face showing how you look on the machine's security camera. Located in a strip mall in a congested area where there are many big box stores there is a typical large parking lot.

Clean Aldi in Forest Lake. Same great prices and fresh fruits and vegetables. They don't offer everything, but with their great return policy-why not give it a try? The bagged spinach itself is worth my stop-$1.19 (regular Aldi cost), which will beat even the sale price of the same product elsewhere.

Not the nicest location I've been to. Maybe it's because it's a much older one. I don't know. Smaller then most I've seen. Aisles are very tight. Friendly cashier so that helps. But not a location I'd shop at regularly.

Not quite a fan, but trying not to be such a snob anymore. It finally dawned on me after visiting this location with my mom. I buy off brands at Trader Joes. Why not here? Their produce turned out to be pretty fresh. We purchased some asparagus for dinner and it was deliciously fresh and tasted fine. She also mentioned that she had purchased some lettuce that lasted a long time. Maybe I will give them a try.I was wheeling through in the cart that you need to pay a quarter for and did see some Reuben bites that looked quite good. Staff was friendly at the check outs. Lines move pretty quick.I may revisit as their prices seem to be pretty decent and things tasted pretty good. Such a food snob I can be.....

Aldis is the most FANTASTIC store ever! I do all of my main shopping there and it is consistently 50-100 dollars cheaper every time. They got a great selection of fresh produce and some other fun and yummy treats to try :) they don't have everything I need, but I just make a list of the couple of things they don't have and go to Walmart or another grocery store every couple of weeks; ok super grateful for Aldis!

Aldi in Forest Lake, Mn is no longer wiping down carts or has any supply's out to even wipe down your own. I was unaware the virus was gone? My understanding is that it's on a surge right now. That's very callous & inconsiderate to their customers.

So glad they are offering some organic products, and adding more! Great prices on fresh produce, bread and much more.Wouldn't normally mention this, but needed to visit loo and it was possibly the cleanest one ever!They are somewhat new to me since there wasn't a location convenient to me until recently. It is no frills, but they pass those savings on to the customers.

I have been coming to this store EVERY WEEK for about a year now and buying my hot dog buns. I buy 20-30 packs. Today for the first time EVER a girl came up to me saying "just to let you know, we will not sell you those. you need to call ahead of time" she was SO RUDE. There is a sign up there I have never noticed and now I know. But I will never go to this location again. Ever. I drive from Wisconsin to come to this store. The girls name was Fatima on her tag. She could have told me nicely I no longer could buy so many without calling ahead and I would have been fine. But, to be so very rude, was very un called for. I will let evryone know of my expierience at the Forest Lake location. I was able to go to another Aldi location and get my hot dog buns.
