I live in an 8 unit condo building in the cathedral/summit area. We recently had our dumpster removed WITHOUT warning, allegedly for "repairs" and it was not replaced for 7 DAYS!!!! I called twice a day every day and was told by Saint Paul waste management that it would be returned that day... and each day they blamed it on "operations" aka advanced disposal not communicating, but it wasn't until I reached out to the city garbage council that the city intervened and helped us. Who knows how long we would have gone without them stepping in?! 8 units with humans and cats and dogs going without trash service for a week, especially in an old historic building at risk for pest-- beyond yikes. And to have customer service lying to me twice a day? It's so shockingly bad. To top it all off, they replaced our simple dumpster with 4 carts. What a joke!

I moved from my home in Woodbury, MN 55125 on 9-29-2017. Advanced Disposal was to have the garage & recycle and contents removed on that date.It,s now 10-5-2017 and the container are smelling up the neighborhood!!! PEOPLEARE MADDER THEN HELL!!! I have been promised that they would be removed on9-29-17. New owners and Neighbors are calling to complain about the smell and containers at the end of driveway I and the new owners have called repeatedly to Advanced Disposal on 9-30-17 and was promised they would be picked up. IT, NOW BEEN EIGHT DAYS ANDREPEATED PROMISES TO PICK UP. I WILL BE INFORMING THE DEPT OF COMMERCE ABOUT THIS!Russell N.

I've had my garbage missed 5 times so far this year. Once two weeks in a row (I had garbage overflowing on my porch, gross!!). I've called the main office and asked what the heck was going on several times now. They haven't been able to give me a good answer (maybe a new driver? doesn't know the route yet? maybe?) and promised to have the St. Paul manager give me a call to discuss.Since I am paying for a service I am not receiving I'd like to be re-cooped for those 5 missed weeks. I said that, and was told the manager would have to handle that as well.So 3 phone calls to the main office and I have yet to be contacted by the St. Paul manager. I'm just gonna cut my losses here and go with Pete's. It's obvious Advanced Disposal doesnt care. Who knew just having your garbage picked up would be such a hassle?

What a terrible company, they have not picked up our garbage multiple times and when we call they call us a liar and do nothing about it. Then when we cancel their pathetic attempt st a service they charge us to bring back their can. I wish I could give them a negative review because they suck that much!!

Negative Experience Residental. Multiple missed trash pick up days. Multiple Billing issues. I was put on hold for 20 minuets on the phone. This service was a constant annoyance and a waste of my time. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Not up front about pricing! I got a 30 yard roll off dumpster thinking it would cost $450 to $500, it ended up costing over $800!!!! I wish they would just be honest and give you and estimate for all the fees they'll add on.

This is the worst trash company in the area. They only get half of our trash and recycling from the bin, then we can't reach them to come back and pick up the rest. It has happened 3 weeks in a row. Don't waste your money with this company.

The people answering the phones are always pleasant and nice but they are unable to provide any help to the customer. My commercial account was not serviced twice in a two week period where we have a lot of trash and this negatively impacts my property. When I asked to speak with my account rep they said they would pass along the message but I may not hear from someone for 72 hours. This company does not provide quality customer service.
