I wasn't expecting anything special with this chain restaurant. We had a coupon so we decided to go. From the moment we walked in the door we were impressed. The hostess, waitress and food runners were friendly and professional. We were seated and they brought us chips and salsa as well as taking our drink orders. I ordered an Acapulco bowl. My husband had cheese enchiladas and a choice of sides. He chose black beans and a side salad. We really liked the food. My one complaint is having the refried beans on the top of the bowl because they are much less attractive than what was underneath. Our coupon was sitting on the table and our waitress took the money off immediately. We really had great service, we liked the food and it's a really nice looking space. There is a private room and several areas of seating- high tops, small and larger tables. We will definitely return.

Kudos to our server Jeremy, he was awesome!! Such a fun and prompt server. And mojitos here are a MUST! So many good flavors! We tried pomegranate and strawberry. Strawberry was our favorite. The queso is also a MUST!!! some of the best I've bad!Lastly, these enchiladas are bomb! Enchiladas are my favorite food, so the bar is set high! Please check this place out it does not disappoint!!!

Food is AMAZING I really suggest the chimichanga with extra queso it is the most MAGICAL dish I've had. Okay maybe that's a little dramatic but it still is good even the plain simple and cheap tacos I suggest the chicken but beef is pretty good as well. And next the service, the service is pretty good and someone will be there within 5 minutes or less and you get your food within 15 minutes. The final subject is Ambiance. It really enhances the culture and style it is a quick place to go sit down and eat. Enjoy!

This place is horrible.the portions are small very small the food tastes like the old Mexican tv dinners.definitely heat and eat.more than half the plate is made up of beans.tried shredded beef enchilada and beef tamale.they were about four inches long the ground beef was definitely factory made.there can't be anyone actually cooking this food.and the dining room feels like a cheap hotel swimming pool room.the whole experience felt like a joke.still not sure what I paid for.it wasn't the Mexican experience.at least Taco Bell has a drive thru and a larger menu.do yourself a favor stay away and let this place die and close the doors.

It should be noted that at 8:30 on a Friday night they will start closing the restaurant all around you, making sure you know you aren't welcome. Servers coming up and asking for the complete bill, tables being taken down and chairs being put up. They'll keep coming to you asking to take things away. Got it, we're leaving. We would have stayed because we had the cover of a babysitter. I'd like to ask them if the chicken or egg came first. Maybe the fact you're shutting the restaurant down at 8:30 on a Friday is the reason you can't justify staying open. I probably would go to Chanticlear in the same area, who lets you stay and enjoy the company of friends. This is a place that 100% values saving costs over the community.Also, ordered a Patron on the rocks. Why do your servers make that seem so weird at a Mexican restaurant? I had to explain my drink order and clarify it many times. The food was genuinely tasty and good. Wonderful queso, good chips, good entrees. It was great, but don't go here if you're trying to have a night away from the kids. Their operations make people feel unwanted.

Hubby and I came in on a Mon. about 3:15pm or so. Personable server (older guy, we thot might be manager) quickly greeted and seated us with Chips & salsa and quesoWe looked at lunch menu then saw it ended 3pm. No worries to us. Server came to take order (we ordered from dinner menu). He asked if we wanted from lunch menu, .".can we?." "absolutely"... Great attitude! We've been several times and never disappointed. Love the huge margueritas, always fantastic food, and service. Kind of weird to hear Princemusic, but created cool vibe. Great Family Friendly Place.I love the clean openness of this Acapulco.

we come here every year. idk why. i think i heard the chicken say " cawwwwww". there was a human hair on the table. the waitress bumped into me twice. it was pleasant. the restrooms were very clean the chicken was cook excellently. would not recommen. we will be back next year.
