Really good broasted chicken! Happy hour pricing is great. At Christmas, they decorate the bar area really festive.

As always, friendly service by all employees - whether they are actually serving you, or just passing by. Always helpful and smiling. Keep up the great work Team!!

We came here for dinner and it was just as I remembered it to be. It's a bar and grill with a VFW feel and of course they're known for the juicy Lucy. I opted for the chili which was decent, not bad and not great. The staff employees were nice and the atmosphere was comfortable overall.

Linda! Best guest experience I have had in a long time. The juicy lucy was amazing and the cheese curds were the best I've ever had. Service was impeccable with Linda making it feel like dinner with family, even though I was dining alone. If you're visiting St. Paul, go in on a Sunday night and enjoy the community.

We walked in at 8:50 and were graciously welcomed, but also were informed it was almost closing. As we knew what we wanted, we were able to order immediately and at no time did we feel rushed to finish. We did try to eat as quickly as possible and didn't linger, but we were very grateful for the kind treatment and great food.

Our server Nichole is always terrific. She remembers us from previous visits and is always friendly and efficient. She's part of the reason we dine there so often. Also the flavor of the burgers is so good. The blend of beef is great it's a great flavor.it has lots of tvs there to catch a game. Lots of parking, handicap accessible, full bar available. AND THE FOOD IS GREAT.

My boyfriend and I visited this evening. We have had good experiences at 5-8 before. Burgers had an off taste and when we got home my boyfriend ended up throwing up profusely. Very displeased with the situation. -Audrey Adam
