Fast casual and friendly staff. We got to taste some beers before deciding. I thot they would have everything wings but unfortunately they didn't. We got to try the original burger (very good). the bahn mi sandwich was hearty and tasty but tad heavy on the Mayo. The loaded fries with jackfruit was great. We devoured everything. Next time I'll probably try the jackfruit burger

After walking around time out market and being super indecisive on what to eat, I decided to settle with a burger from mini Mott. I got the original mott burger- a Double Angus patty, American cheese, hoisin aioli, sweet potato frizzles, pickled jalapenos, pickles, miso butter, and onions. It was very good! The burger is juicy, the sauce adds a unique flavor different from a classic cheeseburger. The jalapeños are pickled which cut back the heat a bit and add great flavor and the sweet potato frizzles add a good texture with its crunch. The worker told me that burger is the best in Chicago. I think it was an amazing burger but there is a unique taste to it given special ingredients. Not a bad thing though- it makes for a tasty burger!

This place always delivers. The burger and fries were all amazing. I don't know what else to say other than the food is consistently delicious and you should get it. The burger is so juicy and flavorful and the dipping sauce that comes with the fries is everything you want and need.

I am so glad there is a Mini Mott closer to me! I knew I was getting the Mott Burger as soon as we planned our lunch at Time Out Market. It did not disappoint.

The burger was one of the best I've had in Chicago. Soooo good! Fries were also good - crispy but not overdone. 10/10 would get again.

Ordered the garlic burger with side of truffle fries. The fries were cold and didn't have much truffle or cheese flavor. Kind of bland. The burger was nothing special. Over priced for what you get. I was super bummed because I was excited from the reviews. Maybe it was just an off day.

Without considering the price, overall it is a very underwhelming burger and fry given the atmosphere and presentation of the food. If you expect something great you will be disappointed, the taste was fine, but nothing to brag about and unfortunately when you consider that you pay $25 for a burger and fry (with the fry toppings) it's just not worth the price when you can get much better tasting food for half the cost. Employees were great which brings it to three stars

Been to Mott Street before and was happy to come across this spot at the market. Food (8/10):I won't say more than what my fellow yelpers have said about the burgers. The unique burgers are what you come here for. I did also try the meatless loaded fries which had jack fruit instead of meat. I will say it was not bad, I just wish the fries themselves were not the squiggly cafeteria thick cut type. The variety of ingredients on top though was not bad. Value (7/10):Pretty standard pricing

Place doesn't exist anymore. I was very disappointed to know it was closed down. Hopefully I can find another spot that's as good as they say this one was

Often listed as a top Chicago burger--and even a top burger in America--Mini Mott is the third Chicago location to get our hands on this burger--located in the hot new Time Out Market on Fulton.Their burger comes pretty much one way: American cheese, hoisin aïoli, sweet potato frizzles, pickled jalapeños, pickles, miso butter, and onions... but I'm gonna tell you that it's the sweet potato *frizzles* that make it. Seriously. The market has two bars with beer on tap (and wine and cocktails)--important because I can't eat a burger without beer. Mini Mott's other location in Logan Square opened to a lot of fanfare (including national TV), and this counter in West Loop will hit a whole new crowd that doesn't make it out the blue line. The burger came from an unlikely source: their upscale full-service restaurant Mott Street is really Asian-Fusian! But I guess if a chef can dust up a Miso-rubbed pork chop, you can make a pretty damn good burger.
