This place is legit. We came here for the Korean Sashimi experience. I wasn't expecting much since this place is in a pretty unassuming strip mall but the quality of the fish is what did it for me. I believe the owner buys an entire tuna and expertly slices different parts himself. I had the best tasting sashimi here. And as much fish as I have had in my life I found myself asking the waitress what part of the tuna I was eating. First time trying Tuna jaw meat and it was astounding. The amount of toro grade tuna that was served amazed me. Service was a bit slow but with high quality fresh fish that they serve all was forgiven. 5 stars all the way.

Pretty good spot! Went for lunch and the sushi rolls and agedashi were delicious. Friend got the chirashi. Our meal for an app and 2 lunch specials and tea was $43. Not bad for the amount of food you get. Salad and miso soup are included as well.Nice restaurant and looks very trendy inside. You couldn't tell from the outside but its a nice surprise when you walk in.

I had an awesome experience at Minami last Thursday. Despite it being a busy day, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, quick, and very friendly. They suggested some new items, and we decided to try two of them. The edamame with chili garlic oil was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The sushi rolls were just the right size to enjoy in one bite, and the portion sizes were generous. The restaurant has been renovated and the new space is stunning. It's spacious and quiet, making it perfect for both intimate conversations and large gatherings. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is impressive, and I can't wait to visit again soon!

One of the best sushi spots I have been to. Must try is the crab rangoon, It's unlike anything I've ever had. Had the dinner for two Chef's special and everything was delicious. The service great and the ambience was beautiful, you wouldn't expect it from a strip mall.

Surprised to see the interior renovation and the store front store name is much improved!This is one of my daughter's favorite sushi place. We went there today for lunch despite being living half an hour away (used to be 10 mins).It didn't disappoint. New menu item spicy shrimp tempura (as appetizer and lunch bento box) was delicious. My husband enjoyed his spicy tonkatsu bento. My daughter enjoyed her Wasabi lemon maki and Hell maki! Service was quick. Staff were attentive.Worth the trip!
