Sean from the hotel recommended the restaurant as being one of the best in the city and he was right. (Also - he is amazing at helping coordinate things while staying at the Four Seasons Nashville) We went during the cma fest so it was very busy but the staff and service were great and really knew the menu. It's a nice, light atmosphere and feels more relaxed than a formal restaurant. If you sit outside it can be a bit loud with street noise (again we were there during a festival so that couldn't be helped). The dinner was good but the real showstopper here was the desserts. Never have I ever tasted such deliciousness!! The Lemon Dessert and Seasonal Fruits Macedonia (olive oil sponge cake) were so good it was hard not to order every day of our stay.

Beautiful atmosphere in a stunning hotel. If you dine at Mimo's valet is complimentary, which is a nice touch to a classy night. For the aesthetics only I give the two stars. Moving onto what matters most out of a fine dining experience...the food. This is where Mimo's, in my opinion, needs some work. Married to a true Italian I'm fortunate enough to understand what real Italian tastes like and this is not it. From the first bite of the meatball appetizer I hesitated to even order dinner. Although the presentation was nice the food had very little to no flavor. We split a pasta with lobster and it was embarrassingly flavorless. We ended with paying for the bill and walking across the street for expresso and dessert. If you visit The Four Seasons I would definitely spend some time at the rooftop bar. It's beautiful and the food/drinks are delicious.

We came for Sunday brunch. At $89, you get to choose a chef's special entree on top of what is offered at the brunch buffet. The buffet includes a charcuterie station, salad station, Italian pizza, prime rib, seafood station consisting of (meaty) crab claws, octopus, shrimp, and oysters, waffle station, pastries, and a very impressive dessert selection. Everything was delicious!! I will say skip out on the brioche French toast (chef's special entree option) tho. It had too much almond extract. That was all you could taste. As for parking, they have complimentary valet for the first 3 hours. Don't forget to check out the rooftop at the four seasons for some cool vibes.

I came to Mimo for dinner on a Saturday night with some girlfriends and was excited to try the mainstay restaurant in the beautiful Four Seasons hotel. I was impressed with the upscale, elevated vibe and our server was great. We sat in the back dining room with views of the kitchen and ordered a round of martinis. Unfortunately they were out of blue cheese stuffed olives, and the bartender came over to explain that he hand stuffs them and ran out. He said he'd bring us some once he had time to make more but sadly that never came to fruition. Oh well. We ordered the seafood tower immediately and two salads to share. The artichoke salad and peach burrata salad. The seafood tower was good and fresh, but the salads lacked flavor to me. They were bland without anything interesting to entice my taste buds. I love a good salad, so it was a big let down. We opted for dessert, and the lemon was beautiful and refreshing but the chocolate was the highlight and amazing. Overall the meal was just average for me and I was expecting more.

Wonderful restaurant in downtown Nashville! We went for birthday celebrations on a Thursday night. The staff was sooo friendly, the hostess and our waitress. They also gave great recommendations for food and things to do in downtown. We participated in the restaurant week menu. It came with 3 courses. Everything was prepared artfully and it all tasted so delicious. Can't recommend this place enough. Exceeded expectations!Inside is also so lovely with the decorations. They have live music which was a nice vibe. Inside the Four Seasons, and they validate parking!

Food might be okay, but do not park your car with their valet! We parked with their service, and I received a $140 parking ticket. The Four Seasons has said many times that they would take care of it, it's been 7 months, nothing. I'd go elsewhere, the $140 parking ticket makes it an expensive meal. Not worth it!

Absolutely in love with this new jewel in downtown Nashville. The service is immaculate and everyone is so very sweet and professional. The menu is filled with fun dishes and some classics. Don't wanna pay for bread? Do it! If your lucky there will some left over for you to take home, but I'll doubt it...The bar are is super fun, especially on Fridays. Eclectic crowd and fine, fun, innovative cocktails with or without an Italian/Nashville twist.Don't miss out! See you there!

Staying at the Four Seasons? Date night? Nashville night out? Stop by Mimo for a drink and bite to eat! Located downtown in the heart of Music City, Mimo is taking southern hospitality to the luxurious next level with Italian tastes prepared by their Michelin-starred chef! While you can expect excellent service at every Four Seasons location, Nashville went above and beyond here! We had Maranda & Michelle serving drinks, suggestions, & fun facts the whole time! Maranda worked at another Four Seasons location and came to Nashville location when they opened last year, she made us her famous Forbes featured Old Fashioned! They suggested local favorites like Uncle Nearest whiskey, local events, hot spots & provided exceptional service! We also had the manager Jeremy join us for a bit, and enjoyed some Japanese whiskey. The food is delicious! My favorite is the Arancini, I'm glad there is only three served on the plate because I would just over eat them! This was our favorite way to start and end our night while we were in Nashville! One fun fact that Michelle & Maranda shared is that Mimo is Italian for Mockingbird, which is the state bird of Tennessee. For the rest you will have to stop by and ask them!

The restaurant at the brand new Four Seasons Hotel is a knockout. The staff is just so fabulous. Extremely knowledgeable about the food, wine and mixed drinks Travis was our server and was your typical Four Seasons server, well versed in all aspects of the menu which leaned towards molecular gastronomy. It was fascinating listening to him explain about the menu and the preparation of the individual menu choices.Heading the bar was Rhys and his 10 plus years making drinks showed thru in the preparation. All the food choices we ordered were so tasty. We decided we need to make a return trip just so we can savor more of what is on the menu.

Mimo Restaurant & Bar inside the Four Seasons is a great fit for the hotel and for the area. Their beverage program has some really exciting cocktails (I recommend the bi-centennial spritz or the bless your heart). The food menu is Italian inspired but has some American classics. Our server recommended the tuna tartare, which is prepared tableside, and we are glad we followed his recommendation. We are used to having a more Asian-inspired tuna tartare but this one had capers, olives, tomatoes and olive oil which was different than any other tartare we've had yet stunningly delicious. I ordered the daily catch acqua pazza style, which happened to be jumbo scallops which were served with veggies in a flavorful broth. The hubs ordered the steak and mashed potatoes and loved every bite. We visited on World Kindness Day and got to end the meal with beautifully decorated macarons. Grazie to the staff who treated us so well!
