Yogeeze Frozen Yogurt

I have the most easy to please husband and even he said the customer service here was nonexistent. We walked in and no one was there. We had to follow some stickers and paper on the wall. We were getting ready to check out and I had to say hello out loud to see if anyone was even working. Someone walks around the corner glares at us and waits for us to put our yogurt on the counter before just stating our total 1258. Then she finally uttered her first words besides our total to us, have a good night. The only customer service we got was leaving. Absolutely horrible. Too bad the place is clean and the yogurt is great.They even had mini sample cups you could fill yourself.

They had one dairy free safe option for my dairy allergic daughter and while it was only one option, it was still something and it brought her such joy. The girls working there was very kind and helpful as well. Thank you for providing one safe option for those little ones who can't enjoy dairy and giving a family a happy memory of enjoying "ice cream" on a warm night. I would love to go again and maybe let her pick between two option.

This place was awesome... Arrived here, place was inviting, clean, self serve, staff was friendly, explained how the system works, several selection of yogurts, toppings, price point reasonable for the quality you receive. Indoor seating. Highly recommend if yo are in the area

This is one of those classic froyo places with so many topping choices. And you can put a divider in the cup so you can get two flavors. I had cold brew coffee and starwberry cheesecake and they were both delicious.

Always delicious flavors and toppings available. Friendly staff, usually very clean inside! A bit on the pricier side, for three people we paid $36... depends on how much Ice cream/ toppings you choose as well. Very delicious, will always recommend!

The vanilla frozen custard here is so creamy and delicious! I was iffy on some of the other froyo flavors though. The chocolate one was ok. I had it swirled with pumpkin flavor. Really liked how they had powdered malted milk as a topping choice. My custard totally tasted like a yummy malt ball with it sprinkled on top. :) They also had several flavors of popping boba as topping choices. Good place to satisfy my Wisconsin frozen custard craving when visiting Lake Geneva for the first time.

This place has limited flavors, yet they're all gluten free if that's an issue, and their vanilla custard is thick, rich and creamy. Very good! My daughter likes their Dutch chocolate. They have a good variety of toppings and pricing is very reasonable.

So we walked in and there was no worker for about 3 minutes and 42 seconds, There wasn't many flavors to choose from. They should definitely add variety. Also the chocolate fudge tastes like zawg's shlong. And the gummy bears taste like badoosy.- P Diddy

The staff was amazing for what they are working with. However there are some clear issues with the owner. Starting off- working only 1-2 people a shift is ridiculously unsafe considering it seems that the owner only hires teenage girls who work until late hours of the night. Another safety issue- who decided that it would be smart to place the register where the workers backs are to the door??? Not only is it unsafe physically (considering that someone could easily being able to come up behind you), it HAS to be uncomfortable for the workers considering everyone is behind them when they walk in. Teenage girls in leggings and running shorts working alone AND having their backs to the door? Ridiculous. Even if you disregard the safety aspect of the register, it is just flat out rude. How are the workers expected to greet their costumers if their backs are to the door? Another thing- why promote something you don't have?! Soft serve ice cream and gelato, half the time they don't even have it! All of the workers I have encountered with have been amazing. Wish they worked in a better place. And add an option for card tips!! Please!!
