Not bad for sushi in Delvan Wisconsin! Good lunch specials. We were the only ones in the place, so food came out quick. Very tasty! I do not know what salad dressing they use but it was amazing! Were the rolls pretty, no but delicous!

Pleasantly surprised with how great the rolls were! The wait was a little long for the sushi but the hot Saki helped. Our favorite was the Franz Maki and Wisconsin Maki! Can't wait to try it again!

I stoped in for lunch at Yo Shi on 4/23 for lunch. I had a taste for sashimi & was satisfied to find that they had a good variety of Japanese dishes & a good lunch special section of their menu. I had sashimi, the mushroom soup, a tempura udon dish and shrimp shumai / appetizer dumplings. I got the mushroom soup first & the broth was hot but not scalding. All the subsequent dishes were very well cooked & tasty. The tempura were breaded just right and cooked all the way through. The sashimi was presented artistically with cucumber shavings & wasabi. Each piece was fresh & there was a very good variety. For beer, they had a selection of Japanese beers and I got a Sapporo. Service was responsive, efficient & friendly. I would return, especially as they do have an extensive menu with a variety of dishes you don't see offered at all Japanese restaurants.

Yo shi is a regular stop for our family. The food is always fresh, made quickly, and has the best sushi in town if you ask me. The spicy salmon is my favorite. My daughter gets the salmon avocado roll, and Ryan chops it into kid sized bites for her. Ryan and Lisa are great owners that are very accommodating to their guests.

I came in on a Thursday night and had a wonderful experience because I had the whole place to myself and the food was excellent! I was happy to have such a personalized experience since I had 2 people serving me and only me, and I was planning to get some work done on the computer so it was nice to not worry about noise level.I ordered sashimi, a roll, and a steak hibachi dinner. The salmon sashimi was very fresh and buttery soft. I had intended to order the filet mignon hibachi, but they were out of filet and only had ribeye steak. I was not sorry!!! It was extremely tender and cooked exactly how I ordered - medium rare.I don't usually write such detailed reviews, but I was impressed by the food and the service here, and I want others to know how delicious this cute little hibachi place is!

I say they have the best Sushi in town, in fact it is the best sushi in a 30 mile radius ( sorry Lake Geneva). I love sushi, and while this is not a major metropolis it is my regular go to when I crave sushi! My fav is the rainbow roll.

My son and I stopped in here for lunch. The lunch special menu was very reasonable for the amount of food you get. My son loved it and rated it 5 stars and had a great experience. We didn't try any cooked food so I can't comment on that. Overall pleasant visit.
