X Golf Brookfield

NOTE: for AmFam Field(they aren't set up on Yelp) - NOT Brookfield . GO To X-Golf - - GO TO BROOKFIELD (simply know the only reason to go to AmFam is the view and it isn't worth the poor service)Great technology and fun. The instructor, who I believe is more of a corporate guy than a franchise employee was phenomenal; informative, helpful, etc.Very poor marketing and offering when wishing to give as a gift. The general manager was extremely rude when I suggested having anything; a flyer, a card, a brochure, etc to provide with a gift card . . . his response was, "we have a QR Code." He then proceeded to question if I was trying to sell him something, raised his voice, and said "he's done" and stormed off. My colleague and I were amazed at the lack of professionalism.I will continue to visit X-Golf for personal and scheduling Corporate Events, but I will scout other locations, Brookfield, Waukesha, etc. I've tried AmFam twice and will never be back.Lastly, Bar service and mixology was poor and slow; lack of selection, and bartenders who didn't know how to make a simple martini . . . but staffing is tough right now, I get it.

Fantastic activity especially for family or small groups during these crazy times! Amazing activity, great food and drinks, awesome staff! So much fun and would recommend to any age group over 9 and under 120

Awesome golf experience. Awesome technology. BUT... ***BEWARE OF BEING OVERCHARGED AN EXTRA HOUR ON YOUR RESERVATION TIME***The last two times, I've been "accidentally" overcharged an extra hour. I caught it both times, but this is certainly not appreciated. My friends were also overcharged an extra hour this past weekend and the time before. If I hear more of this happening, I won't be supporting this X Golf location in the future. It's unacceptable. Clean up your act, management.

Been to X Golf twice now and have had a great time both times! I will be going back as often as possible, it's a great way to play golf in the winter. Great staff, great service!
