Wings Over Milwaukee

Waited 10-15 minutes for my online order when I was the only customer there. Two people came in after me and one of them was given his to go order while I had to wait several minutes more. Isn't the purpose of selecting a pickup time self explanatory? Also the place is dirty (dust on the light fixtures, the floor is sticky like a frat house, broken chair, etc.)A direct mail coupon did not make up for the frustrating experience.

Open til some ungodly hour. Delish wings, huge portions. Tater Tots and orange Crush is my go to for a 230 am snack. Wings over satisfies all cravings.

I do not make or post any negative reviews, and I usually I only post when I am pleased. I do not believe in hurting small businesses. I review the food and mention good service if merited. Today I will break away and leave an angry review. This was my first introduction to Wings Over Milwaukee, and after receiving an attractive direct mail offer we were really looking forward to trying them out. We placed a $45 (w/tip to add insult to injury) online delivery order at 7:40 PM on 9/5/24 and were promised delivery by 8:29PM. I understand the strain some restaurants have had post-covid and I consider myself fairly patient, but 20 some minutes after the promised delivery time I checked their "Cartwheel" tracking link and it reiterated the 8:29PM delivery and read "steven v/Driver at pick-up" Well no one was answering the phone and there was no link to contact the driver nor the store. Then we checked a newly listed Google review that was posted a few minutes before by somwone who had just placed an order at 7:10 and was promised delivery by 7:58. The review mentioned something about a rude employee stating "there was a malfunction and they had to close down. I asked why no one called me and she told me very rudely they weren't allowed." I Needless to say the food never arrived and today next day we haven't heard from anyone. I am curious if the owner of this place will contact us with an explanation. It's telling that on their website where they tell their story there's a paragraph apologizing for past mistakes. These guys suck. We're expecting a full refund.

Look I can't hold you for wanting this after being out in the clubs on Brady all night, if you really in the feels for some hot chicken go here for sure, I think the fries are good but the hot sauce is kinda nasty to me. Service was great the staff was cool. They definitely knew how to deal with some drunk people and hard orders.

This place has definitely improved over the last year. I ordered a wonderful family meal and it was actually fantastic. The order was perfect. The driver was super friendly and considerate. The chicken tasted delicious and the portion sizes were great. Their waffle fries are great also. They are definitely worth the price and great to order from.

I will be honest, I have stumbled across this place for years and I never bookmarked it and had absolutely 0 interest in stopping over because it looks like a fast food restaurant. I originally wanted to try another place in the area but absolutely no parking any where around it so I found the first legal parking spot to park in and see what else in my bookmarks were close, I looked around me from my car and saw wings or hotdogs so wings won.The place is small with a few tables so take out was non stop and that's what I did. I got the 10 wings with two flavors, one Jamaican jerk and red alert. The bag was hefty I thought as I walked to my car. To my surprise the wings looked good and smelled amazing, big/meaty with plenty of sauce to rub the wings in. The red alert was first and it had a nice creamy/rich good buffalo flavor with a nice heat finish but not super hot and just right. The wings were meaty and cooled perfectly moist, not to dry like some places with plenty of sauce. The Jamaican jerk was very interesting because it was not like jerk chicken but sweet/savory with a subtle Smokey bbq finish which I really liked.Now I'm not going to say that this place dethroned my favorite wing place but the wings were pretty fuc#ing good. Good flavors, cooked perfect and big/meaty is good when it comes to wings. This is definitely a solid wing place because I have had lesser quality wings around town.

Best wings in Milwaukee, just moved over here and found that it was a couple minutes away. Every bite filled with flavour, I always call a place a pick up order and everyone over the phone is always nice. Fries were overly salty, but that's the only complaint I ever will have. Great guys working there, there is a positive ambiance when i walk in! Definitely the new go to wing spot! Would upload a picture but by the time i realized i wanted to write a review, they were gone!

Best chicken spot in the city, each bite you taste is so flavorful from any flavor you choose, I've had almost every flavor from my two favorites Jamaican jerk and honey bbq and don't pass up there side items like my favorites garlic perm tots and there brownie you'd be doing yourself a big one trying there brownies and yes I typically order this

I ordered online, my order was accepted and my account was charged. I arrived and was told the store was out of wings. Cashier told me he would cancel my order but would take 24 hours for the money to be returned to my account. He then emailed me a receipt, and I was nervous because the receipt did not appear to reflect my order being canceled or money returned. It's three days later and I still have not gotten my money. On top of that, their customer service has not responded to any of my emails. As it stands Wings Over Milwaukee has essentially stolen from me. I can understand running out of wings, I can't understand blatantly ripping off a customer and putting forth no effort to make right.

Love it here great staff only one time they gotten my order wrong and quickly change it and let me kept the other wing flavored :) other than that I will continue to purchase wings here :)
