Whisky D's

My niece and her family traveling from out of town met us at Whisky D's. We chose Whisky D's specifically because they have a nice outside patio that is dog-friendly (and they were traveling with their 3-yr old retriever). Plenty of comfortable space with a view of the water. Only irritant were some pesky bees that kept trying to steal French fries. The food we ordered was delicious and was served super-fast. Lee behind the bar was friendly and seemed to do everything (tend bar, serve tables inside). We just ordered our cocktails and food items inside and then Lee brought our food out in record time. The burgers, fries, chicken tenders, and Nashville Chicken sandwich were all piping hot and DELICIOUS. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back again.

I have been visiting the Two Rivers area for almost ten years. What took me so long to find this place?! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away. Super friendly servers. The bar is decorated nice and is very clean. A comfy vibe. The outdoor patio on the river is so nice. We ordered some drinks and appetizers. It was all really good. The Bloody Mary was yummy with a beer chaser. I'll be back for sure! Especially on a Friday for their fish fry and crab salad. Everyone says it is great.

Another poster wrote about not judging this place by your first impression: it's quite plain from the front. However, food and service are very very good (compliments to Cody) and the outdoor patio is unique. The Cole slaw had no mayo, but was equally flavorful and had a touch of horseradish. Overall a good experience I would recommend.

Great experience as first time visitors from out of town. We were able to enjoy a meal on their outside patio with our little dog. Great spicy Bloody Mary and craft beer on tap. Free popcorn for us and free dog treat for our pet. Lee was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty especially the homemade crab salad.

Surprisingly good bar food! Very tasty fish on Friday nights; delicious burgers and sandwiches when not opting for fish. Decent standard cocktails and friendly staff.

Good place owned by a great family. Good food and a great little spot on the river.Also accessible for those seeking to enjoy a break from the water for a bite and cold drink.

Great food and love being able to sit outside during the summer months. Restaurant is located along the river, so you just might see pontoons or kayaks cruisin on the water.

This has been a favorite place in Two Rivers for years now. Very cool bar on the banks of the West Twin River. There is outdoor seating with nice scenery.I usually go here alone. Have a couple of beers and some very well done onion rings. The bartender is a really nice guy. Makes you feel welcome. One of the few places where they still play bar dice.Good seating, either at the bar or well spaced tables. You aren't crowded. Friendly patrons abound.The menu has a lot of options to please most diners.Lately we have gone here for the Friday fish fry. While there are several options to what kind of fish you want, we usually pick the lake perch diner because it is so very good. I suspect they get their perch from Susie Q's. The perch dinner comes with rye bread, potatoes and some very unique and tasty cole slaw. With 2 PBR's apiece and our dinners our bill was just over $40.Bottom line, this is a pleasant, friendly Wisconsin tavern that serves really good food. If you can find it, check it out. You,too, could have a new favorite in Trivers.

Wonderful bar in the area with drink specials during game day! Great local place! Was in the area for work and decided to give this a try. Went back several times.

We went back for the Friday fish fry. NEVER DISAPPOINTED. My wife loves the shrimp and cod plate with their homemade crab salad. This time, I got a bacon cheese burger with everything on. It was awesome. The burger was cooked perfectly and fresh fixings. I couldn't do better at home. Let me also mention the Bartender/Owner (Lee).What a nice guy. He always goes out of his way to make us feel welcomed, and he seems genuinely happy to see us. If you haven't been there in a while, stop in and tell Lee, Bill sent you. If you have never been there, I would highly recommend Whiskey D's.
