What's the Point

Navigation took us through Fort Atkinson on Business 26... we eventually arrived at What's the Point. A few other couples quietly waiting for their orders to be served. Happy reactions to each item that arrived. I asked which meal was better? 4 piece chicken dinner or Saturday's special: BBQ ribs. I was encouraged to go for the ribs as the meat would fall off the bones...cornbread loaf, fries, coleslaw and baked beans accompanied the ribs and all were delicious. The ribs fell apart and were well sauced. Prime rib was proper temperature: rare covered in mushrooms which were flavorful and firm. Baked potato with sour cream and butter, coleslaw and cornbread loaf accompanied this meal more than adequately.What a great find! Friendly service and local feel was comfortable.Posters advertising Go Karts on Sundays and Bloody Mary special looked like a good time.

Best place in Fort Atkinson for drinks and burgers! The owner is always there! There's also go kart racing on sundays

Good place, friendly local joint, cold drinks & good food.my husband had a cowboy burger and I had a grilled chicken sandwich. Both with fries. The sandwiches were served with with knives through them. They both looked wonderful. My husband asked for no pink and it was prepared how he requested. The bread was wonderfully crunchy and the fries were perfectly cooked, my husband is very particular about how his fries are cooked.Definitely worth the stop. And we will stop again next time we're driving through.

Went To What's The Point for ribs and prime rib wonderful yum.Haven't had ribs with that much meat on them in a long long while. Don't really what to post this cause I'm afraid it will become to busy but can't keep it a secret cause it's so good .

I will never go back. The waitress completley ignored us. We understand when you are busy. Just acknowledge we are there. She walked by us at least 5 times and never said anything. She should be fired. A grumpy person should not be in the service business. We will never go back. Her as job you like. Very disappointed.

Dirty, dirty, dirty , the windows, floors, ceiling was filthy. Makes you wonder about kitchen cleanliness.

Love the place. $ burgers, prime rib, fish, Bloody Mary on Sunday with a basket! YumDon't look like much but you will love the food!

Such a great, hospitable Wisconsin bar in the middle of nowhere.My boyfriend and I stopped by for drinks while we were camping down the road and were greeted so warmly by the owners. They introduced themselves and welcomed us to town with genuine excitement. We had so much fun just chatting away that we came back the next morning for brunch.On Sunday mornings, they have $5 double Bloody Marys that include a side of fries and wings! Not to mention they have go kart racing in the backyard at noon. It was such a great experience; you won't regret coming by.

If you are in the Fort Atkinson area and you don't eat here you are missing out. True Wisconsin hospitality combined with pride of ownership results in fantastic food and drinks. Leave your pretenses at home, but bring your appetite. What's the Point won't disappoint.

Great owners and typical WI bar. Food service is an after thought. Took 45 minutes for 4 plates of cold prime rib to show up. They need to focus on bar food and not meals. Again, owners were awesome, welcoming, but just go for drinks.
