Great old school cafe.Waitress, Rachel is fantastic. Prices so reasonable. Having Corned Beef Reuben and a prime rib sandwich.

Came here on the way in to Wisconsin and on the way out a few days later, that's how much we loved it. Waitresses were very friendly and attentive. Good was very well priced and tasted very fresh. The best country fried steak I've ever had, it was tender and extra crispy. They make the hashbrowns to order so they take a little longer but they're miles above frozen ones. The cinnamon rolls were pretty good and massive!

Food is amazing, but the hours are limited due to the lack of help, so we have seen wait times as long as 45 minutes. They are only open till noon and do not do take out orders past 9am. It's cute atmosphere and again, the food is good. Just lacking some extra hands it seems to keep the place open and running smoothly.

The people working here are awesome and the food is pretty dang good also! be careful with the fresh bakery goods, they tend to add to your waist!

Had a reuben recently. Different take and it was delicious! Instead of the usual sliced corned beef, there was a generous portion of corned beef that looked like the chef cut a big chunk off the brisket, chopped it and put the usual toppings on the light rye grilled bread. Grilled to perfection and not greasy or soppy. Minor dings - light rye, not dark. Wish there were more chips. Definitely will return.

Biscuits and gravy are to die for. Great breakfast spot, go early because it fills up quick!

My mother decided to come in here today for her birthday, her day, her choice, not mine. First of al I realize there is no restaurants on this side of town, so they are always busy. I get it. But when waiting for a table I saw a few available and was promptly told that they like to save those for some regulars. I always thought waiting for tables was first come first served. In this place if your a regular they give you preferential service. Maybe all diners are like that. I dont know.The food is nothing to write home about, typical breakfast. Their cinnamon rolls get 5***** and our waitress was very nice.

Cinnamon roll was great! Although I had to wait an hour for an omelette, it was not great. Waitress was nice, forgot some things we ordered...

I go here a few times a week to eat breakfast. I get the same thing every time. Ham & Cheese omelet , Hash browns and bacon. It's by far the best tasting breakfast food around. I've tried other places in town and those don't compare. The workers are extremely friendly and it's a great place to fill your stomach and get some laughsAndy Laabs
