Waterford Wine And Spirits

The place has a weird set up. You walk in and there are all kinds of shelves with different wines. It is not really inviting. There is a bar at the back of the building which you can order wines by the glass. They don't have many sweet or white options.

An excellent wine bar atmosphere. We enjoyed casual conversation with other customers. Our server was Very good. She did a great job. I plan to return. Encourage you too. The atmosphere was fun, friendly and focused on good customer experience.

I have a shopped here before and had a pleasant experience. This week went in to the store with my mask on and picked out my wine. I even purchased one that was suggested by the man working there. Then as I'm going to pay at the front the phone rings. He took the call and proceeded to go back on the store floor to chat with the caller .... 5 minutes later he started to come back to the register and low and behold the caller had another question..... so he went BACK to the shelves again leaving me waiting. When he finally came back, there was no mention of 'thanks for your patience' or an apology. I was very offended - along with the smirk regarding my mask - by his lack of service. I'd prefer to support local businesses but it sure didn't seem like they valued my patronage.

Love their selection of wine, alcohol alternatives, and beer selection. They also have a great selection of wine education seminars, events like paint and sip nights, and a lovely wine bar to sit at, enjoy conversation, a glass of wine, and even a little charcuterie board. I would certainly return after the wonderful & friendly service I received.

The owners should have saved the money on their signs and advertising and eliminated "And Spirits". While the have a large wine selection their liquor selection is laughable. Owners seem very nice and recommend this place if you need wines, if you need any liquor go to Pick n Save.
