Water Street Pub and Grill

My husband & I had a great time at The Social Haus. They have an extensive fish fry menu, being the main reason for my visit. I loved that they had salmon! They had it and it was different, it was good; just like the potato pancakes (air-fried, I'm guessing).The space felt intimate and casual. Which is cool. Amelia, our server, was great. Really nice & attentive. This is a great place to try by Costco Menomonee Falls!

Been to this and the other Water Street locations over the years. Had a good experience all around. I always feel Water Street has okay beer but better food. It's a nice big open location in Grafton. Plenty of seating. Staff is always friendly.Had a chicken sandwich and a beer. All in all, a dependable place to get a good meal. I could take or leave their beer but it's by no means bad either. There's just better beer in and around the Milwaukee area.

I couldn't resist a Mac n cheese special so we drove out to Water Street on a weekend afternoon. We sat at the bar where the bartender was very friendly and we found out very new to the bar.In addition to the Mac n cheese boat we also tried the cheese curds and brisket grilled cheese. (We love our cheese obviously) And all were perfect.

Just ok. We got there on a Friday night at 4 and their "dining room" was 1 very large group. 1 menu for everyone in the bar to share because the large party was using all of them. It was shift change. It was just a cluster. Waitress/bar tender stood at hostess stand and texted while the kitchen rang the bell alerting food was ready to run. My cod & fries were cold but my husband's was hot. Frustrating. Music was of great selection, though!

I needed to stay in the Germantown / Menomonee Falls area around dinner time and specifically wanted to stop somewhere with cheese curds as it was National Cheese Curd Day. Water Street Pub & Grill had both cheese curds and some daily specials I was interested in, so that ended up being my choice. In addition to cheese curds I got eight wings and a quesadilla.The cheese curds ended up being the cornmeal breaded kind that I don't care for. They were greasy and weren't very crunchy. Wings are $0.99 each on Tuesdays (as of 10/15/2024). They aren't listed on their normal menu, so I had to ask what the sauce/rub choices they had. There weren't any rub options, but for sauces there was mild, hot, bourbon BBQ, teriyaki, and garlic parmesan. I went with bourbon BBQ. The bourbon BBQ sauce was strong, which is great if you like the taste of bourbon, and the wings were well sized. The wings were fried, but not breaded, which feels like a crucial step if you're going to fry wings. If you're not going to bread them, it would be nice if they were grilled instead.Quesadillas are 20% off on Tuesdays (again as of 10/15/2024). I ordered one with corned beef inside, but it arrived to my table with beef brisket inside instead. I didn't feel like mentioning the mistake since beef brisket is good too, so I rolled with it. The quesadilla was the clear winner of the food options I tried with good flavor and a good amount of brisket in it. If I come back, I'd consider getting the quesadilla again.

We went here for first time over the weekend and food and drinks were great, we had fish. Recommend this place if you are in the area..

Great fish fry. Tartar sauce is great. Fries or potato pancakes. Coleslaw was very good too. Haven't tried the other food. Been here several times now. Staff are awesome and friendly! Ambiance is a typical bar with a small room off the bar for seating and eating. Gotta try the food. Several of us are impressed! Fish fry served Wednesdays and Fridays

Kind of an off beat fun place. When I was there on a Thursday night, they had a bingo night and one could tell that there were a lot of local and may patrons who frequent quite often. It is a fun place and well worth the visit.

The food was delicious and the service was friendly and quick. Best burger I've had in ages!!

The wings were awful. Spoiled chicken, soggy skin, hardly any sauce, and cheap sauce at that.I got through 4 1/2 wings before I decided not to subject myself to them anymore.
