A good addition to the neighborhood. A small, quiet coffee shop that can satisfy basically all your normal coffee needs. Opened and run by Marquette students who I think did a great job in using the space, designing the interior of the coffee shop and creating a lovely ambiance. Currently they only open on weekdays. They serve Stone Creek beans and Troubadour bakery for now. Not sure if they will go sourcing their coffee in the future when the business is more stable, but the coffee now is not bad. My 12-oz latte (includes 2 shots) is rich and flavorful. Maybe a sophisticated professional barista can create beautiful latte arts but that is not necessary to me. My chocolate chip scone is okay. Nothing really special. The jazz music is nice. Overall, a good place for a quick morning coffee run, working, studying and reading, and small group meetings.

This place is cute, but I hope it gets better with time. I have ordered lattes here twice, and both times they have just not compared to a normal coffe shop latte. Each time I have ordered, the cashier has had to ask another employee about how to do something on the register. This is a student run coffee shop, so I hope with experience some of the kinks will be worked out.
