$1 oysters on a Saturday! You cannot find a better deal than that. Vault has great views of the river and even an outside area on the summer. The fire pits make it a wonderful time when wanting to relax and have a cocktail. Staff are attentive and super helpful to go through the menu and drinks to find the perfect match!

It's patios season! And the vault is defiantly added to my list of hot spots for 2024! Every single thing about this spot is up my alley from a raw bar to the extensive wine and champagne list! Beautiful cocktail list too. We had the shrimp cocktail, charcuterie and caprese flatbread. Everything was so good! Definitely more of an apps and drinks kind of vibe so don't come super hungry looking for a full meal! But the setting was beautiful! Right on the water with live music:) the sparkling rose hit the spot with the 80 degree weather and the service was awesome! Perfect date night spot and happy hour spot. $2 off wine pours, tap beer, oysters, and cocktails for happy hour. Loved the concept with a ton of adventurous plates and drinks! Will for sure stop by again

I've been hoping to try Vault for the longest time, and it did not disappoint! I went with friends on a Friday night for happy hour, and the views were stunning--overlooking the river as the sun set. We took full advantage of their $2 oyster happy hour and also ordered the "bread service," which was delicious, hot bread. I tried a seasonal gin cocktail (I believe it was called a Bicycle Thief), and it was so refreshing. It's a must-try if you're into gin. Also, our sever was great, and she actually recommended the drink I ordered! Note: it's a little hard to find, but look out for the signage you will find it. Definitely planning to come back in the fall and winter months!

This is a welcome addition to the Riverwalk area. While a little hard to find (it's inside the saint kate hotel - take the 2nd entrance along Kilbourn and then go up the escalators to the right) it's an inviting bright space with beautiful views of the sunset. There is also a large patio/ deck unfortunately closed due to the weather. I came with a girlfriend for some happy hour partaking. They have a pretty extensive drink list with specialty drinks ($2 off during happy hour) and even mocktails. We had the spicy margaritas which I thought was really good - well balanced and not overly spicy. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Where they kind of fell a bit for me was the actual food menu. I know it's more a bar, and they do offer a "raw bar" with seafood options if ur into that sort of thing (we werent), but otherwise the actual food menu was limited. My friend and i split two of the Flatbreads which were good and more than enough food and some of the spiced Marconi almonds ( totally addicting...i would have popped those the whole night given the opportunity.) Just wished for a few more food options. The place was busy without being crowded on the week night we came. I'd definitely return.

We frequent the Milwaukee Rep and it's always nice to have a quick and convenient option for drinks/appetizers before the show. The menu is quite small but has a good selection of elevated bar snacks with a seafood focus. I've had the chips and dip a few times. We've also done the pimento, marcona almonds, and a few of the flatbreads. The food is decent but everything is really salty! Service has always been friendly and I've always been able to snag a seat at the bar or a cocktail table immediately upon arrival. I'm glad this is here and intend to visit regularly!

We recently had a fantastic experience at Vault in Milwaukee! Our server, Scott, provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured that everything from drinks to small plates was just right. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a memorable evening out. I highly recommend Vault, especially if you're looking for great service and a delightful dining experience in Milwaukee!

I mean find me another place that has 180° views of Milwaukee river....I'll wait. The cocktails are yummy, the oysters compliment them really well and the views are incredible. 10/10 for the Vault.

LOVED THIS VIEW! Hubby took me for a pre-anniversary-dinner drink at this beautiful new cocktail lounge on the Milwaukee River. I would first like to let people know that you can either enter from the RiverCenter Market entrance on Kilbourn (just west of The Saint Kate Hotel) or from the RiverWalk itself. If you enter from the RiverWalk you will need to go up some stairs. The bar was beautiful and we were lucky enough to get a nice outdoor spot. Boats passed by and waved to us as we sat and enjoyed our beverages. My husband got the Mobcraft Low Phunk Rad Berry and enjoyed it! I opted for the huckleberry cosmo, but unfortunately they were out of the huckleberry vodka so I then had a classic cosmo. The drinks were quick and delish. Will definitely recommend this spot to friends looking to enjoy a new view of Milwaukee! So happy Milwaukee is finally catching up with the outdoor and "rooftop"-esque patio dining experience that other big cities have!!

Had the Bramble signature cocktail and ceviche. Cocktail was good but I felt the ceviche was lacking in flavor. Service was great however and I'll want to come back in the summer to get the outdoor experience. I do feel it's a bit overpriced.

Came on a cold night on a Friday and surprisingly this place did not have too many people at all.At first it was difficult to find - I found myself aimlessly walking around with no signs and then finally found the escalator.There was a handful of staff working. Had the ceviche - eh... just ok. The sweet potatoes in it were kind of strange.Also had the dirty oysters which were unfortunately deceiving based on the menu description. It stated caviar but in reality it was salmon roe. Yes a fish egg but technically not caviar because then it would need to be from sturgeon. Anyways - maybe it's better in the summer. Would probably only go back if I was seeing something at the Rep and wanted to catch a cocktail quick before hand.
