Vaccabond

This food truck is usually parked on Holton st across from the Family Dollar and former Lena's. I stopped in here recently to grab my friend some lunch. Their menu offered a lot of randomness. The special of the day was fried chicken but they also had a Mexican-style menu up. Since my friend loves Mexican food, I went that route. I asked for the steak tacos but the woman informed me that there wasn't enough to make a good serving. Disappointing, but I appreciate the honesty rather than get a wimpy taco. So instead I went with the ground beef taco combo. For $5.50 you get three huge tacos covered with freshly shredded cheese, pickled jalapenos, red sauce, sour cream, the works and a soda. (They had orange, grape, lemon iced tea and Pepsi). It was so good and just barely more expensive than taco bell. When I dropped off the tacos my friend said that he had been there before and that they have awesome burritos as well. I will have to look into these burrito claims but so far I am sold on this off-the-trail food truck.
