Urbal Tea Cafe

Urbal Tea Cafe hosted a game night event and I decided to check it out. When I got there the owner, who I didn't realize was the owner, was the only worker. He was engaging talking to us about everything yea related and more! The owner actually taught us a new game and encouraged addition people to play together (if they wanted) providing friend making opportunities! Inside is super sleek and inviting. Theres high tops and regular tables that can be pushed together. The street front is a lot of glass, allowing great sunlight in. They also have a ton of to go purchases, premixed loose leaf, bagged, and other tea accessories.Besides teas, there's also coffee, snacks, some beers, and soup of the day. The soup that day was a lentil curry.There was one tea pre iced, Tutti Fruity (strawberry, raspberry & honeybush). Since I'm difficult I asked to have it slightly sweetened, which was perfect.I later got the After Dinner (ginger, mint & licorice root) which was refreshing without being overpowering.

Loved visiting Urbal Tea! Have a wide variety and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and will offer wonderful suggestions. Great place to stop for gifts, a beverage to-go, or to relax and unwind with family or friends.

Super cute and spacious cafe. So many drink options, from tea, coffee, beer, and wine. This is the perfect place for almost any occasion. First date, work from home, and studying. It's also kid friendly and has a cute little play nook. Staff is super friendly and it has great vibes all around. Also a great space for a bridal or baby shower.

Wow, what a hidden gem! Great selection of house made teas, yummy coffee drinks, and cute selections of house plants. Do yourself a favor and check out this locally owned business!

As a tea lover I recommend this cafe as a got to visit!! I've been here several times and this week I brought my friend that also loves tea, she was like a kid in a candy store We both sat at the counter to enjoy a hot drink and chat with the owner Nick. My friend had the milwork cider and I had the vanilla rooibos, we were both thrilled with our choice! We learned that the cafe also offers maple syrup from the UP and local honey for sale along with several other items from small businesses around here including my favorite lady Pat Molter (she is the person that told me about the place about a year ago) and her protein powders! They also have bakery items, soup and other things to eat. There is plenty of seating and a cute little area for kids to playI bought my favorites, brain booster and stress free along with the maple syrup and honey. They hand blend their tea and have them available in loose leaf or in bags, I prefer the loose leaf and my friend bought a couple different types in bags. We noticed that they are having an Alice in Wonderland party on Saturday October 22nd so if you have kiddos check that out! This is definitely a must visit even if you are a coffee drinker because you will find something that you will love!!

This place is new and just opened. Saw on fox 6 news segment and im glad I watched and saw a nice new tea place thats finally not downtown. Its not exactly in a neighborhood I'd prefer it in but once your there its very nice inside welcoming. First visit here I walked in with the owner Nick coming to great me and help me if necessary and well being in a new place I asked for specific type of tea and he immediately knew what to show me and had plenty of prepackaged flavors for my need and knew flavor profile of each package. There are plenty of seats inside with a bar area to sit and watch your drink being made. Don't think this place is just tea people they have coffee too. If you want your tea done right you need to have patience and let them make it because they steep it and if you have ADD ons like ginseng shots or boosting shots its a little bit of a process. Just an FYI if you need sweetness or different flavors or anything just ask or tell them if you want honey or a flavor shot of something. Don't forget and say hot or iced when ordering. I had a jasmine green tea and it had such bold flavors of flower and green tea I asked for honey I should have said a little more because I personally like sweet flavored tea but it was good . Plus a shot of ginseng which has an acquired taste but its good for you helps with your memory and other things. The owner was very kind and talked with me and answered any questions and even being a new store asked me questions about the business and wanted to know my thoughts about it. This place definitely could be someone's spot to study or grab a cup of tea or coffee and relax. Great spot will go back

Very nice place to relax, hand out with friends, or get some work done. Emily is amazing and always has smile on her face. The drinks are good and I like the assortment of baked goods they have. They also have art work for sale if you'd like to support local businesses. 10/10 would recommend, great place for the community.
