I am not sure why it took me so long to try Upper Crust Pizza, I've lived across the street for years. But ok, I finally tried them and it was so worth it. Life in general is so expensive and so, much like life has gotten, I thought it was a bit pricey. I ordered a small 12" Deluxe pizza; it comes with pepperoni, onions, green peeper, and sausage. This was $20. I can't speak for how the pizza used to taste, but I thought the pizza tasted good! The crust was thin. It was cooked perfectly and they were generous with the toppings, which I appreciated for the price. But let me tell you, these Buffalo Ranch chicken wings are seriously fire! If you like wings and you like Buffalo as well, you absolutely HAVE to try these wings. 10 pieces was about $13 or so. They were so delicious and cooked perfectly. I wasn't a fan of their actual ranch dressing but I always have my own anyway. The service, although not overfly friendly, was good enough for me. I don't need constant pleasantries. Food was ready in 30 minutes. I'll definitely be returning although probably not often. It's definitely worth the try.

The lady has never had a cheese steak so I thought that I would surprise her with one, she couldn't figure out why I locked out of the car and that was me placing the order so she couldn't hear.You can't go in because of the virus but they will bring your order out to your car. I ordered two cheese steaks on requested garlic bread because it's like bacon, it makes every sandwich better. The cheese steak comes with a bag of chips for around $9 which is comparable to the chain sandwich shops.The cheese steak looked really good at first look with melty cheese stuck to the paper. My first bite was wow because this is delicious on toasted garlic bread. The steak was real shaved steak and not a beef sandwich with cheese in disguise like some places do. The cheese was nicely melted with onions, mushrooms and green peppers which made for one great sandwich and the lady loved it, she didn't know what it was at first but figured it out.Overall we really enjoyed the cheese steak and I would definitely go back for more of the menu. This just might be my go to place for a cheese steak on garlic bread from now on.

Man have things gone downhill lately at Upper Crust! I've long been a huge fan of their pizza and service, preferring them to other pizza joints, especially those that are franchise or chain options.But an order on June 13 really has me questioning my loyalty to UCP. I used their website--which works pretty well--to place my order for a gathering at my house (yay vaccinations!). Sadly, the order was more than 30 minutes beyond the estimated time provided by the website and confirmation email. While the delivery driver was friendly, there was no acknowledgement of the delay or apology for the tardiness. I quickly moved to feed my hungry guests and that's when I discovered that the garlic sauce was missing from the cheese bread. That garlic sauce is what MAKES that cheese bread. Given how long it took to get my order, I didn't even bother to call and complain about it and made do without it.Jet's Pizza, here we come!

I absolutely love this place- usually. Their fried dough bombs are usually the best thing on the planet. However, tonight they did not do so well. I ordered one pizza, cheesy sticks, dough bombs, and a dessert at 6:10 pm for delivery. I live 3 minutes away but was feeling lazy. It said it would take 90 minutes which was a long time in the first place. At 7:50, I called and was told they were loading my food into the car. Then it took an additional 40 minutes, arriving at 8:30. 90 minutes versus 140 seems a pretty significant difference to me...Plus a few of the fried dough bombs were raw dough.

Pizza is decent (not great). Service is terrible they are always later than projected pick up times - today they are 20 minutes later than the email confirmation.

Good pizza but light on the sauce and could be cooked a bit longer to get some browning on top with some darkening bubbles and help make a crisper crust. Should use canadian bacon ham instead of diced store bought ham. The wings were normal yet still alright but way under sauced. Will try again in a couple months but this was from today. Btw extra should mean extra if paid for and not just the normal amount.

The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the results tasty. The staff continues to cook the Pizza just the way that they like it, with a lightly browned edge crust and soggy doughy center. If you ask for a slight char and a well done pizza, they just don't care what you want, they just do it their way, with a soggy doughy center. As this is the voice of sad experience typing this, I would have to say that the service kind of sucks. The ambiance is non-existent, you pays your money, you picks up your box, and you go.

The pizza recipe has changed and not for the better. I'm guessing sometime since this past winter things really changed. I have usually ordered the Special pizza for more than 20 years and all of a sudden it's now different. The toppings are the same, the thin crust is maybe a little more crispy (if you bent it , it cracks) and the tomato sauce is very different. The new recipe is a darker sauce and not nearly as good as the original. I don't know after all of these years that I will order their pizza again. Let me know when you return to the original recipe.
