Extremely tasty food, fast service and amazing ambiance which includes great people watching! Burgers are the Bomb!!!

We stumbled upon this place when staying at Happy Acres to go to Ren Faire last summer and man on man we were IMPRESSED!!! Such delicious burgs and great staff (more like new friends). Even my picky teen son who was huffing and puffing going in was askin to come back the next day. Juicy burgers, hot fries, pool, and a good time to be had by all.....even my weiner dog

What an INCREDIBLE place to go for a Handmade Bloody Mary, Lunch, Dinner, watch a game on their TV's or listen to music via Touch Tunes ! The place is extremely clean, staff is very friendly and professional and not only is the Owner Wes there to oversee the day, he cooks in the kitchen ! We went for lunch last week and it was so good we returned 2 days later !! Wes was able to make all 10 meals PERFECT, exactly as ordered - what a talented Chef he is !! From the grilled cheese to the burgers, brisket, Italian beef, fries (waffle, regular and hand cut) ordered, there was no disappointment from any of us. We will be returning and highly recommend if you live in the area or just passing thru, stop in for a cold beer and a shot, bloody mary and for sure, order food - you will not regret it ! It is clear that the Owner and his staff care about providing 'Over the Top' customer service !!!!!

I stopped by to dine at this restaurant last night. I attempted their "quadruple bypass" burger challenge. The burger patties were cooked beautifully. They were juicy & full of flavor. I enjoyed the fries. The service was great. I was fortunate enough to be able to meet the owner. What a standout guy. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his establishment. I hope to be able to visit Uncle George's again one day!

Stopped in for a burger and it was great. Very clean and nice place to grab a bite and have a drink. Bartender Shay was pleasant and shared they have a great fish fry that we plan to return for. A must stop when in silver lake so give this place a try. You will not be disappointed for sure. Plan to head back next week.

The food was amazing, service was amazing, and drinks were amazing!! The whole place was very clean and the bathrooms are huge and also really clean!!! Bartenders and servers all were so nice and of course the owner Wes is great. Highly recommend this place, definitely would go back!!

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The inside of Uncle George's is very nice with a really classic look with modern touches. The bar food is all very good. I am looking forward to trying the Friday Fish Fry. I heard it's really good.

I stopped hear last night for fish fry cause I've heard and read good things about this place. I always try to go to different fish fry's and I was excited I was able to get a combo 1/2 fried and have baked fish. Well when I got my fish it was weird looking ... I've never saw fish in the shape of a finger before .... I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt .... The baked was dry and gross ..... the fried was soo greasy and disgusting...... also I got the potato pancakes that were a weird color and just as greasy as the fish!!!! I don't know if it was a bad day or what but I don't think I'll ever go there for fish again

What a find. If it's a burger your craving go there. They produce incredible speciality burgers with names like the by-pass, the double and triple by-pass. Try the outstanding grilled-cheese burger the bottom and top buns are a three cheese grilled cheese sandwiches in between is a 1/2 lb burger topped with lettuce, tomato, three strips of bacon and a light smear of jalapeño cream cheese. TRY IT! The prices are super reasonable and the place is clean. My only knock it might be beneficial for the place to rid itself of the foul mouthed bar flies. They detract from the quality food and ambiance.
