We were drinking some chill beers at Central Waters and needed some grub! This spot is located inside the brewery and menus can be found on the QR code at the tables! Great menu of snacks or meals! We ordered the Chicken Nachos and were NOT disappointed. Great serving, fully loaded with lots of toppings! Special shout-out to the seasoning on the chips... definitely sets them apart!

Let me first start by saying the food was good, not great but good. It's also incredibly cold in there so your food will get cold (eat fast!) Egg rolls were a hit. Secondly, the woman who cannot talk taking orders was the most rude person I have ever met. She made it seem like it was such a huge problem to make another order that was paid for and then huffed and puffed when asking for to go containers. Worst customer service experience I have EVER encountered. Being deaf is no excuse to treat paying customers that way. Would not come back just because of her.

Good, delicious food, fast service and great environment to kick back and enjoy with friends or family. Will definitely do it again.

Omg what a great find. We have been to the Central Waters tap room a bunch of times but the first time these guys have been here. This is not off the shelf Mexican food. They have some very different items and the ones we had are very flavorful. We focus on a plant-forward diet and they have lots of options. My wife did a rice bowl with Brussels sprouts & cauliflower. Very much flavor!I did the street corn Quesadilla and very different style with Chipotle Aioli sauce on the top and so much flavor.This I mention they are housed inside Central Waters tap room? Bonus!!They also have a food truck so we'll be watching for them.

Troublemakers is so damn good! This is the best addition to a brewery one could ever ask for. They serve up an incredible array of delicious, mouthwatering dishes that perfectly complement the craft beers on offer from Central Waters. We were at central waters brewery and were hungry and were so happy to see there was a food vendor on site. This food was bomb.com. We came during their birria weekend and were lucky to be able to get everything on the menu but with birria. I got the rice bowl - delicious. And my bf got the Mac n cheese. I would definitely recommend!

I went to Central Waters last night specifically to try Troublemakers, and it might be the best Mexican food I've had since I moved to Milwaukee. My husband and I split the taco platter (one each of carne asada, al pastor, chicken tinga, fish, and roasted cauliflower + Brussels sprouts). Good size tacos with double tortillas, which seem like they might be lightly fried so they're super flavorful without being greasy or crunchy, and they hold up without tearing. We had trouble deciding which taco was our favorite, but were both impressed with how tender and juicy the carne asada was, how light the battered fish was, and how deeply roasted the veggies were. Ordering was easy--walked right up to the counter in the back of the beer hall and got a little buzzer to let us know when the food was ready. The menu seems perfect for sharing if you're tasting beers with others, and I'm looking forward to going back to try more items. Here's hoping they stick around and someday expand to more spots! The North Shore badly needs good Mexican food and I'd love to see something like this in my neighborhood.

Best meal I had while visiting MKE! The menu looks simple, but everything was perfectly executed. I had the birra beef egg rolls and a chicken tinga taco. Adjacent brewery was also fantastic!

Wow. Save your money. The lady that took my order was insanely rude. I was treated essentially like an inconvenience for her, which is wild considering I was the only customer in sight. Not a great start to first lunch service day... Then proceeded to say more sly comments in the kitchen while I was waiting for my food. The food, was also greatly disappointing. $24 for a taco meal. chicken tacos were okay. steak was gritty, and rice had no flavor. just an all around awful experience. the woman that took the order needs a serious attitude adjustment. Really good way to have no repeat customers. yikes...
