Tropical Smoothie Cafe

First time visiting this location today. There were only 3 employees there, I interacted with 2. One was maybe having a bad day. The other was amazing - greeted people when they walked in, was very friendly, quick taking and making the orders. The location doesn't have a drive thru which is something to note! Got the blueberry bliss smoothie which is always 10/10!

Ordered the acai bowl for myself and mocha madness smoothie for my son. Online ordering was super simple, and I was happy to customize my bowl. First time in the cafe, and it was clean and inviting. The workers were hustling because they were fairly busy. I ordered my items for a pickup asap and arrived about 10 minutes later. The order was being placed on their take out shelf right when I got there, which was perfect timing. The acai bowl was so yummy. Even on a cold day in Wisconsin, it was so refreshing. The acai bottom layer was like a thick slushie consistency. The granola was crunchy and very flavorful. The fresh blueberries, strawberries, and banana slices were amazing with the drizzle of honey. The added chia seeds didn't add any flavor but are a healthy add-on. I did skip the coconut because my son doesn't like it, and we were sharing. My son's micha smoothie had the best chocolate/coffee flavor and was quite large. The prices are not cheap, but nothing is these days. Next time, I would like to try a wrap. I'm glad I finally tried the Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I'm glad that they moved to Wisconsin and they're so close to where I live now! Their food is always fresh and I love that they have healthier options especially for the smoothies and sides (apple, banana, baked chips, corn, sweet potato, kale and apple slaw etc). They use fresh food and fruits and their options are unique! I love that you can add supplements to your smoothies for an extra boost as well! The service was friendly at this new location and it's clean. I'll definitely be back!

I placed an order 30 minutes before I came and still had to wait 20 minutes and ask to have mine made. Very slow and not great

over all good service love the workers. however micheala the gm cannot make a smoothie for her life.
