Amazing food! Probably not the healthiest but by far a delicious treat! The staff is amazing, and the fries (sidewinders?) are delicious.A lot of grilled cheese based sandwiches, so how could you go wrong?My family and I loved it. The ambience in the place is clean and inviting.

Great to have this restaurant in Evansville! Their pizzas have become some of our favorite because that crust is as good day 2 and 3 as it is day one. The service is very friendly and at a decent speed given how busy they always are. It really just depends on what you order. In our most recent trip on a Friday night, the mini corn dogs came up in a couple minutes, straight from the fryer, but the fish took a little while. Also when the fish came out the order was slightly incorrect in missing the shrimp with the walleye and giving sidewinders instead of the baked potato. Although it was odd because the cocktail sauce for the shrimp was on the plate as well as the sour cream for the baked potato, so not sure how the order got messed up. It wasn't a big deal, so we let it go given the crowd size. Also to note, it can get loud when full, which is normal.As for the food overall the fish was fine and the sidewinders had a good flavor. They were a little oily though, not sure if that's a fry temp issue? We also found it fun that the fish fry come with garlic bread, interesting alternative to rye or a roll. The mini corn dogs were a little too thick of breading for me, but did have a nice crisp on the outside. It was also nice that they had a honey mustard to dip them in.Haven't tried any of their sandwiches or burgers yet, but that's next on the list. Although let's be honest, we'll probably get multiple pizzas from them before those sandwiches.

Meh I hate slamming local businesses but damn... come on man... bartenders are cool the food/pizza/salad is 1/5. Stay home or go somewhere else. Bingo is

Love Trapper's....during these difficult times when it is hard to get help....whomever is available works to the max....Be patient people....This is a wonderful place with hard workers that are committed. Please be patient with help....they can only do what they can with shortage of help. Love your Neighborhood....Love the food and Love those that take their time to serve us....Best Fish Fry ever!...Support your Town....We have Great Food here !

My food was ON POINT as it has been since they opened!! Their side salads are huge and could easily fill me up if I didn't want anything else to eat. The pizzas are AMAZING. The burgers are too big for me to even finish. The sidewinders are a happy medium of a potato wedge and a curly fry with pleasant seasoning to them. The pizza pasta is a MUST TRY!! Overall good service, good food, and reasonable prices. I went with 4 stars because no place is ever picture perfect!!

I was craving pizza and we thought we would give trappers a third try. It was just as bad as the other times.We got the Franks Fave, the black olives tasted weird and tinny. The sausage was basic at best, it's like they plucked it off a frozen pizza and put it on. The green peppers had an off flavor. Nothing tasted fresh, or appealing. The sauce had no flavor. They get two stars only based on the price. I will never eat here again, and I wish that Evansville could get a decent pizza place. Is it really this hard to do?!

We order pizza from Trappers regularly! It's always delicious, hot, and fresh. We will continue to give them our business. They also have some of the best pizza choices I've seen. The Cheesy Pig and Perfect Pickle are two of our favorites.

I've eaten here numerous times. Food is always hot and fresh. Service is top notch. It's a relatively new establishment, and it'll take time to get all the bugs worked out. The owners and staff work very, very hard to provide a good product, good service, and the prices can't be beat!

After a 45 minute wait for a cheeseburger and chicken strips. We got our food. The cheeseburger was so greasy it soaked the bottom of the bun and when I picked it up it continued to dirp at least 2floz of grease onto the wax paper they consider a plate. When I showed this to the server she took my meal and returned with the bill. She charged me for the entire overpriced meal and didn't even try to make it better. I can see why these criminals are getting bad reviews. Avoid Trappers in Evansville.
