When you desire to take a trip back in time to a place where the owner of the restaurant greets you and welcomes you to their family restaurant, then you need to defy reality and enter Townee Square. It is simply an incredible experience and I am so grateful to be able to visit this special place. I feel a really strong sense of belonging, when I am there and it feels so good. It does a heart good to be there and soak up the atmosphere of community. Then there is the food! Where do I start... Ham that is so delicious that you wake up on Saturday morning and you're craving it! A Cheeseburger with a Sunny side up egg in it... WHAAAT? OMG, it's indescribably good! The service is fantastic, you have a Greek Owner named Christine, her Son George, and for excellent service " you better get Becka!" Emma crashes dishes better than anyone I have ever seen, Hannah and more! You need to visit this hidden Gem!

Good place on a weekday but whatever you do: Don't go there for Sunday morning breakfast! Long wait standing up because their kitchen is too small.

If you are looking for tasty, homey breakfast/ brunch food in a comfy setting then look no further. Townee Restaurant has you covered. Townee is a family owned and run restaurant that serves tasty, no-frills food that hits the spot. It's sort of an old fashioned diner looking restaurant that is family friendly and is usually busy during the peak breakfast/ brunch hours over the weekend. I have been here twice. Once prior to COVID and once recently, post COVID. Their prices have changed in that time period. The omelet prices, e.g., have gone up a couple of dollars. In my two visits, I have gotten the usual breakfast dish that I get at most breakfast/ brunch restaurants- omelet and pancakes. I also ordered a side of bacon for that extra savory crunch. I ordered a gyro omelet with jalapeños (adding jalapeños was an upcharge), fruits instead of hash browns and pancakes instead of a toast and a cup of coffee. My son ordered got a kids meal of one egg made overeasy with bacon and chocolate chips pancakes (chocolate chips had an upcharge). The restaurant was semi-busy. There were a couple of tables (for two) available and a booth was just about to open up. We opted for a table. Service was good overall (a bit slow at times where I had to get up and get our server's attention but it wasn't a big deal). The food was above average, solid in taste. Nothing fancy or gimmicky. Just your straightforward breakfast meal. It did its job and hit the spot. We are full and satisfied. The restaurant was clean and well-lit. It has a back and front entrance depending on where you park. The restaurant sells baked items like cookies and pies as well which you can find by their cashier's and kitchen table counters. Strictly based on food and its pricing, I would give this restaurant 3 stars. Overall (w/ service, atmosphere) 3.5 stars but rounding out to 4. Give them a try if you haven't been before.

I grew up eating Greek food prepared by my Grandmother and aunties. Walking into this restaurant nearly brought me to tears as it was evident to me immediately it had a greek flair. Very welcoming interior. Not pretentious, just like walking into Yia Yia's living room, without the plastic sofa covers lol. My husband had BLT, it was prepared carefully to avoid any sogginess. Bread was perfection. The French fries are perfect; soft on the inside with a bit of crisp. i ordered the grecian omlette with very high bar, as this was something my late Yia Yia did really well. It did NOT disappoint..finely diced veggies, rich buttery flavor. Just really enjoyable made to order quality. Good coffee too! And extremely friendly service. Also, an immaculate restaurant. Christine, the owner shared some of her freshly made Baklava and Kourambiedes, wow. For those of us who know, you just know this quality food is so hard to find. The Avglemono soup, out of this world. We are tired of paying high prices for pretentious places that do not deliver on food or service. We are sold on Towney Square...have been back already and this will become "go to" place.

Awful! The hostess refused to let my husband and I sit at the empty counter because it was reserved for singles. There were eight empty seats. We offered to sit apart from each other, she refused us. What sense did this make? She was nasty, rude, and must own the place or she would have never spoken to us the way she did.

An excellent, uncrowned spot for breakfast and brunch. Good value for the money. It closes at 2pm, so make sure it's open when you want to go.Very adorable interior! It's very "classic diner", booths, counter stools, and all. They don't take reservations. The two of us came in at peak brunch hours on Saturday and were seated immediately. The place is bigger than it looks! The servers were very attentive, my coffee mug never stayed empty for longer than a minute. The menu had a lot of variety, you won't suffer from lack of choice here. I got the veggie omelet with egg whites, and it was delicious - any place that can do a broccoli omelet well is good in my book! My boyfriend got one of the skillets, and he finished the whole thing. Two meals and two drinks came out to about $35. You pay at the counter up front. We both left full and still had some food left over. We'll definitely be back!
