I was in the Fox River Valley area on an errand, I needed dinner, and Town Council was highly recommended by a local I met with. This place lived up to the hype! I don't know how often the menu changes, but it seemed clear that it did change. There is also a menu of wine, beer, and spirits available.I enjoyed excellent service from Claire and a truly exceptional meal consisting of the Scramble (duck egg, ramps, fingerling potatoes, and topped with crispy potato chips), Country Pate (toast points, stone ground mustard, pickled collard green stems and carrots, and fennel), and Smoked Ribs (corn bread with thyme butter and collard greens)! I loved the vibe of the place, which made it seem like a casual bar with decent bar food. I did not expect the high level of quality dishes I saw on the menu, which followed through to the plate compositions, and then onto my palate! There wasn't a single disappointing bite in any of the three dishes I ordered, which were all from the small plate/appetizer section of the menu under "Colds" and "Hots."The Country Pate board was a perfect start, and the Ribs are smoked in their outdoor smoker, providing a slight smoky flavor and very tender meat. Ribs are served over delicious collard greens and with a side of cornbread and thyme butter. I tasted an herb in the cornbread and forgot to ask, but it may have also been thyme, or just my imagination. The cornbread wasn't moist, but also wasn't dry, and it had the crumbly texture one looks for in cornbread. I did not expect to taste collard greens this good in Neenah.The Scramble was absolutely perfect! You can tell from the photo how perfectly the duck eggs were cooked. There were fluffy and flavorful, and they were served over sliced fingerling potatoes, and then topped with crispy housemade potato chips. I wanted to order more, but I was satisfied, and it was getting late. I still had a 90 minute drive back home and work the next morning.If you're anywhere Neenah, I highly recommend you eat here!

We fell in love with French food at town council. I really love their atmosphere, it felt like eating at a NYC restaurant right in downtown Neenah. Every time we've ordered steak it was done perfectly and their bolognese was some of the top I've ever had. We also highly recommend the pâté for the appetizer. The drinks were also great- the bartenders can make you something fun which serves as a unique experience compared to other fine dining restaurants.

TCK does it again. Other than climbing up the stool at the bar, IFKYK, the atmosphere is perfect. We always call for a "table" reservation. You should too. Drinks. Perfect. Menu changes but is always exactly what you want. I appreciate the limited options and chef flavors. Maque Choux. Rare! Love! Curry sauce with steak? Stop it. Who does that but it works. I shouldn't tell about this place because I wanna keep it to our date night location.

We're new to the Lake Winnebago area, and this is easily the best restaurant we've tried. Every dish we have had has been fantastic, but the trout and duck stand out.

We went for an early dinner on a Saturday. By 6pm every seat in the restaurant was full - with good reason. The food was amazing. Roasted beet salad, pork belly appetizer, duck and an off menu item - steak and frites. Each was beautifully presented and delicious. Service was attentive.

This was me and my brother's second time here. This time I also brought my cousin and my uncle. This place did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. This place is by far one of the best hidden gems in Wisconsin. The staff once again was awesome. Our waitress was amazing. The first time I came here was last summer. When we came in the person that waited on us last year remembered us this year. His name is Tyler. Great guy!!!!! Brings great energy to that place. Overall this place was great. My uncle said it was better than the meal we had in Vegas at hell's kitchen. Coming from him that is saying a lot. Great job everyone I will continue to brag about you guys for another year and years to come. Continue to do great things.
