Tony's Butcher Shop

We love Tony's! All summer I love getting their weekly new flavored brats. Every year at Christmas we order a beef tenderloin for the family. That's so juicy and tastes amazing. Thier Steaks are best. Kebabs never disappoint. I'm a huge fan of their pre-made meals, especially their chicken and dumplings. I can't say enough good things about Tony's. Their food is fantastic. The staff is so helpful. Love them.

Great spot to grab assorted flavored brats for your grill! Just came here for first time due to the fact that they now do accept credit cards! Loving their meat selections in addition to freezer/dinners ( pasta dishes/ cabbage rolls!!!!) homemade chicken kievs even chicken cordon bleu- itso excited to be trying other stuff when i come back

Absolutely the best butcher! In 2021 we ordered the beef tenderloin for Xmas eve and did the same this year and it was easily the best we ever had! The whole family raved about it! It melts in your mouth delicious!We also ordered fresh turkeys for thanksgiving and while more expensive, they're definitely worth it!Keep in mind, though, this is an old school butcher, they only take cash or check and track orders on paper! This means it can get a little disorganized but everyone is very pleasant and happy to answer questions about food preparation!High Recommended!!

I was craving short ribs for New Years I searched for a local butcher and found Tony's, great experience. I called in advance and placed an order to pick them up. My first time to the shop I was clean and very inviting, staff was very pleasant and outgoing and they had a great case with beef, chicken and pork. Now to the point. The short ribs were amazing. This is a real cash only type of butcher, which means it's awesome. They helped me pick out a half brisket for my husband to try his new smoker on and they were so patient. They also had some good sales kicking in so I grabbed some ground lamb and beef. It isn't cheap, but why would you want cheap meat?

I LOVE Tony's. The quality of meat and most other products, are amazing! Their homemade BBQ is REALLY good! Most is packaged and processed in house. Reminds me of my grandfather who owned a butcher for years and I haven't found a good, fresh, butcher since - until I went to Tony's a couple years ago. (So yes, this review is long overdue!) Some of the pre-made meals are good too. We have tried several of them. (lasagna, lasagna roll-ups, stuffed mushrooms, Italian roast beef, and others I cannot remember).The only thing I noticed is they're a bit small so if you're feeding more than a couple people I'd probably get 2. They also make for a good "starter" that you can add other items to enhance your meal. For example, the stuffed mushrooms were quite large and could only eat so much - the next day I chopped up what was leftover and sprinkled them on top of a homemade pizza and it was SOOO yummy! I do have 1 BIG COMPLAINT - the hours. They close pretty early during the week. They are open Saturday but also close early, so we have a really hard time being able to get there when they are open. I really wish they'd stay open late one night a week so I can stock up on my way home from work! I have had to go to a different butcher a couple times because they were closed. PLEASE ADD A LATE NIGHT!!!!!!!!

Wanted to shop here but none of the staff were wearing masks during the mandate. If they can't take those simple health precautions, I'll shop elsewhere.

Very nice experience. Meats all looked great. Beautiful steaks and chops. Got 4items and will be back when they are gone.

Visited this shop for first time today at 1:50pm on a Thursday. Store was closed despite what the posted hours said they were open 8 to 4. Obviously this is not true. 3 more people came at same time I did with cash in hand to discover store was closed! I try to support these small mom & pop businesses but get disappointment every time. . You could at least post a sign if you had to leave for an emergency or if you'll be back later in the day.

Incredible old school butcher shop with the highest quality meat around. They also have side dishes & local products. It's a family atmosphere that will take care of your family's needs with knowledgeable and helpful service. Love knowing our meat comes from local farmers and not a mega grocery store! 15/10 would recommend. I drive an hour from Chicago just to get our meat from here and it is 100% worth the trip!
