Lilly is a amazing and competent server who will deliver warm smile with your hot meal and who will always make you feel welcome. Great atmosphere, great food, and good prices.

Food was great and abundant. Service was prompt and respectful. Might be my new favorite breakfast spot in Kenosha...

The good: big place nice counter top for solo diners. The omelet was solid. Lots of spinach for the extra charge felt worth it. Prices overall were reasonable. Everything was made to order. Real maple syrup for pancakes. Pancakes were solid.The bad: weak coffee, food did not come out together. Hashbrowns were mushy. Overall worth the stop.

I love their sassy waitresses and they're fresh pancakes. They're buttermilk pancakes are to die for: fluffy, moist and delicious. they also have lunch items on that menu which are just as good, the hot sandwiches. the Ruben just melts in your mouth. Tommy's in right in the heart of things but 6 miles south of downtown Kenosha on Sheridan rd / 74th street.

I had a roast beef sandwich before and found it to have too little beef. I came in again and said I would pay extra to have a sandwich with more beef.The sandwich had a minimal amount of extra beef, still not enough. Imagine my surprise to see that the bill was for two roast beef sandwiches! I didn't get two salads, two potatoes, etc. Owner was an asshole!

Always friendly service and good food. On the weekends it gets busy for breakfast so there could be a short wait. Prices are good and it's close to our home so it is a go-to place for us for breakfast. They do have lunch and dinner too.

Went to the home run for breakfast. Waited for 15 minutes before the waitress came to our table. We asked for soup as a starter and were told to wait while she attended to another table. When she finally got back to our table we again ordered the soup followed by omelets. Took another 20 minutes to get food and still no soup. Food was very average and greasy. When the bill came we were still charged for the soups that never arrived. I asked to have it removed from our bill and the cashier said "we don't do refunds but you can have the soup to go".....very rudely.While paying the bill the cashier initially asked if I wanted a receipt before ringing us up and I said no......after ringing us up she rudely said "yes or no on a receipt!" Super rude, bad atmosphere, mediocre food, and bad service. It shouldn't be this hard to serve omelets and soup.Avoid this waste of time and money

Pretty good seated right away order took quickly good came quick but the bacon was cold hashbrowns soft and eggs balanced overall pretty good

I had good food and service at Tommy's for thirty years. This afternoon Sunday April 30 things changed. The soup was almost warm, the chicken looked like it had been beaten to death with a hammer, the food had been heavily salted, I couldn't get the waitress to make eye contact, but received a coffee refill twenty minutes into the meal. The bill was slapped on the table without an offer for the senior desert but in the end I,.,complained and was given the meal for free. I guess I did ok. Hell, I ate the meal but now one hour later I can't get the salt taste out of my mouth. I hope things aren't going to continue like this. This was my favorite place to relax..until today.

Food is great and waitstaff is always working hard. The hostess staff can be very rude during the pickup at night. Doesn't feel like they really care about the customers.
