heard about this place from some other yelpers describing it as the best fried chicken in town & had to give it a try. small but incredible cute place. only about 5 seats inside but lots of picnic tables outside for warmer weather. menu is diverse with fried chicken options including wings and tenders, lots of dry seasonings and sauces to choose from, fries, plus some ramen / curry / gyoza options. given the reviews about the chicken I've heard I had to start there! tenders were delicious and I loved the dry rub + dip on the side. normally my stomach gets a little upset with fried food but it didn't this time... maybe because it was so fresh (you could tell it was made to order). fries were also incredibly well made & loved all the different sauces we tried. I opted for the large (5 tenders) and it was soooo much food! great stop, great food.

TODD 'I Believe I Can Fry' is tucked away and easy to overlook - it's a short walk after Room Service. Skip parking on KK, go around the block and access the small parking lot off of Robinson Ave.This is a small restaurant with a few seats inside, plenty of seating outside.I went for their two spiciest wings options, was excited to see that they had a dry rub option. The Szechuan Spice had nice zing to it without overwhelming (I like spicy food). The Mango Habanero wings I ate second, and I'm glad I did - wet sauce really lingers (compared to dry rubs) and I definitely had my lips tingling for the drive home. The Mango Habanero sauce balanced the sweet and spicy profiles of the ingredients well. Certainly felt the heat but it wasn't too much that I couldn't finish all the wings.

I had a great experience at Todd! It's definitely a grab-and-go spot with limited seating inside, but don't let that deter you. Although it took a while to get our food, it was absolutely worth the wait. The Korean wings were amazing, and we also tried a fried vegetable dish that came with a fantastic sauce.Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious food on the go!

This is by far the best Korean fried chicken spot in MKE in terms of authenticity and quality. Definitely easy to miss given it's located in a back alley behind Room Service, but is so worth stopping by.Highlights:- Street food style fried bites in a casual setting- Juicy, meaty chicken with just the right amount of crisp. - There is a tablet inside the restaurant that makes it easy and convenient to order- Generous portions -- great for sharing- A large variety of Asian-influenced flavors were available as sauce options for the wings- Very limited bar seating inside. Definitely more of a take out spot as you can online order in advance. There are outdoor benches located outside however, with attempts to make the spot cozier for the colder months (there is a small fire pit in the middle of the benches, string lights, and a couple fire torches) but the heat doesn't radiate far enough to span all 4 benches. Can't imagine it being warm enough to sit outside in the winter months, but def a great place to hang during the summer.Overall thoughts:Definitely worth stopping by and ordering take out from this joint if in the area! Portions are generous especially for the price, and great for sharing. Chicken and fried bites were so yummy and paired perfectly with beer and soju. Will 100% be back!!

I will be honest my brother's name is Todd so this place made me giggle. I ate there in summer and had the wings and the potstickers. The wings were some of the crispiest and most flavorful I have eaten in some time. The location is small and is perfect for the summer when you drink a beer outside. It's tucked back after Room Service but definitely worth a stop. I will be back!!!!!!

Todd is a hidden gem behind Room Service in Bay View! I tried the fried squid and chicken curry bowl--delicious and perfectly portioned. The curry was flavorful without being too salty. A great balance of taste and comfort. Highly recommend this spot!

Stopped at Todd for a quick after-bike snack. There is 15-minute parking in the back, but this is not sufficient time if you are placing an order and waiting, let alone eating there. The outdoor patio is great, with plenty of seating. I did see two outdoor bathrooms, but they were locked, so you probably need to ask for a key.I got the 9-piece wings with the K-Spice. I wish you could add more flavors, even if it cost extra. The K-Spice had a gochujang base and was very mild spice. The chicken was fried fresh and crispy, but I couldn't tell if they were twice-fried. I also got the fries with white cheddar seasoning, which was pretty flavorless. The fries seemed pricey for what they were. I'm interested in trying the truffle fries next time.Overall, I'm happy to have this chicken place as an option and very curious about their dry rub seasonings. I'll be back for sure with a larger group to try more of the menu.

My new favorite korean fried chicken place! I've only ordered to-go from here twice now and their chicken stays crispy through a cross-city travel which is impressive. They do have some flavors that seem very non-korean/asian which I assume there must be a market for but I found them super odd. FOOD: Chicken wings: best flavors on the more korean authentic side would be k-spice, soy garlic, and maybe thai sweet chili. These 3 were solid flavors and a good coating around the wings. I've also tried cheesy cheddar which.... I'm going to avoid ordering powder sauce wings from now on. Ika Geso: so hard to find anywhere and these weren't overbreaded yet still crispy with great flavor The parking lot is tiny, it's bayview so street parking is juts dependent on time of day/week. It is right behind Room service and Lost Whale. Would honestly just order to-go because of the small space. Wish they delivered farther out west!

Milwaukee needed something like this!! Don't be fooled by the small storefront because they have a lot to offer and a beautiful patio.I love all the flavors they offer - something you will not find at your neighborhood pub. Everything is made-to-order so definitely be patient with fry times, you will not regret it! For two, we ordered 12 wings (2 dry flavors) and a couple of sides. Great amount of food, seasoned and fried very well, and decently priced. I normally do not go for dry rubs because I'm scared of the place over-cooking the wings and then I'm just stuck with dry wings and no sauce BUT these are so juicy and seasoned so so well! Definitely hit this spot up to try some of their unique flavor offerings!
