Who knew Thiensville had a farmers market?! Thiensville is a quick 10-12 min drive from where I work in North Milwaukee so a co-worker and I ventured out in search of a zucchini. I was expecting a few vegetable vendors but was pleasantly surprised to see their expansive offering. There are enough vendors to spend at least a few hours browsing. They also have at least a half dozen food trucks on site if you'd like to grab lunch. My only regret is that I didn't know about this sooner because I would have spent quite a few more summer afternoons having lunch in this gorgeous park. The farmers market runs until the end of October.

Lots of other vendors besides vegetables and some delicious bakery and lunch choices available.
